Once I got my PCC he found the offer. He said the agent I first spoke too was probably new. A new spread sheet comes out each week and newbie’s aren’t aware. Learned my lesson. Got my cruise

Hey I’m back from my Alaska cruise and ready to book the next. I got an offer while onboard. When I call HAL they say they have no record of it. My debarkation was July 2 and my parameters for booking are July 5- Aug 4 2023. The agent asked me to email the offer which I did 2x. She said she never received it. Suggestions?

Hi. Am in Huatulco in April with my elderly mom in a wheelchair. We have done the tours on previous trips (before wheelchair). Now we just want a nice meal within a close walk. Any suggestions TIA
