I spend my days in Skywalker's listening to audio books.

There are several of us not arriving until late because of airline connections.  We will probably have to carry our own bags.  

We have never received free tokens.  However, on the Crown the machines were working without tokens.  We have done three cruises this year and never once received tokens and we are elite.

I found one in the elevator on the Ruby in April.  I left it there.

We are flying in from Houston and will also be getting in late.  On our last cruise out of Quebec, we did not have this problem.

I was also told by a member of the waitstaff that the Love Boat Dream was a Norman Love desert and they could no longer make it.

We were on the Ruby in April.  We had received white medallions.  When we checked in there was a crew member stationed at check in to put the black sticker on the medallion.  She told us that all of the medallions start off white and then the loyalty stickers are applied.  A lot of medallions had been mailed before they were ready.

We just got our medallions for the Ruby leaving April 14.  We received white ones, but are elite.  I like the white better than the black.  I too am wondering why...

It does not feel the same.  On the Crown in January, we could not get in either time it was offered.  On the Ruby in Feb. the line wasn't as long.  The breading on the fish was not done.  However, after scraping the breading off the fish was good.

On our first cruise we had a mini suite under the buffet.  Never again.  Cleaning went on all night.

We were on the Pacific Princess.

When we boarded the Ruby in Feb., we were handed a paper that listed all of the dining venues that were open.  The first time in 20 cruises that the crew admitted that the dining room was open!

The dining room was not open on the Jan. 16th sailing on the Crown.  First time for us.  The crew had to get off for some kind of immigration check.  I was told by a server in Horizon court that it was an unexpected check.  It was very chaotic in Horizon Court due to lack of crew members.

Because gelato was not available on the Crown in January.....

We just came off a 15 day cruise on the Crown.  I agree with everything the OP said.  Worst food I have ever had.  The best thing we found was the street tacos on deck 15.  Trying to get into the main dining rooms were a mess.  The app would not take reservations for 5:00 or show the menus.  We had to do everything thru the TV.  For the people who have had no problems with the app, you cannot know how frustrating it is for it not to work.  Some people had not problems and could see menus and reserve a time.

Thank you for your help.  We found where to request the distilled water.

I know we have requested distilled water before.  I cannot find where to ask for it with the new format.  I tried looking back over the threads and could not find the information.  It seems like it was posted in the past few weeks.  Thanks for any help.

I prefer the old Princess ships over the new. 

We order distilled water for every cruise and it is always in our stateroom when we arrive.

The course is on deck 19.  It was an interesting experience trying to play on a moving ship.

I so agree with the OP.  We decided to give the royal class ship a try and regretted it.  I had heard great things about the buffet on the Regal and I was very disappointed.   The food was always cold and took way to long to find anything.  Locations seemed to change with each meal.  Only the salad bar and bread area stayed in the same place.  I also missed having any quiet spaces to sit and read.

I try to book a cabin close to the laundry. Never had a problem with the noise. It's nice to be able to pop my head in and see if there is a machine open without dragging my dirty clothes down the hall only to find they are all full. I always do laundry on a cruise longer than 7 days. I have not mastered the art of packing only a carry-on but I can do a medium size wheeled bag for 14 days.

I always fill out the info right away, then start watching the countdown until I can print the boarding pass and luggage tags!

I have not seen these in several years. They give you a plastic insulated cup with the soda sticker that does not keep the drinks cold.
