We are looking at a cruise on the Sky Princess.  It looks like the lifeboats are on deck 7 but we watched a video of an obstructed view balcony stateroom on deck 8 that shows the top of the lifeboat and the winch which goes above the lifeboat.  We are considering a deck 9 balcony stateroom; does the winch obstruct the view from these staterooms?  Should we consider deck 10 staterooms?

If you get the queen bed, is it always under the picture window as shown on the Princess website or is there another layout where the bed is against another wall? Thanks for any information!
