Just wondering if anybody can help with the cost of an IPad air 2 64gb wifi not cellular bought on board. We are thinking of buying one in the uk but as we are on a Celebrity cruise in August we might wait if they are cheaper on board.

I am currently on holiday in Japan and would advise watching currency exchange rates both historical peaks and current rates. We regularly purchase currency in batches as and when favourable in dollars and Euro. On cruises we find checking conversion rates useful. Right now Celebrity's rates for on board credits from UK Sterling to US dollar is better than available in UK.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but are you saying you can buy on board credits in UK in £'s which they exchange into dollars? If so how do you do that?

I tired using the thankyou code this morning for OBC on a booking. It did not take and when I called they said they could not add it as it has to be a new booking, which it was when I booked in 15 minutes ago. So I had to cancel my booking, wait an hour for my cabin to open up and then I called and booked it, as the website was not taking the code. At least I only had to wait 5 minutes versus the sometimes 45 or 50.

What is the thankyou code? I have not heard about that one?

C'mon Celebrity we know you read these boards, is it all ships?

Thanks for the review, we are on Reflection at the end of May. Curious about the "luggage valet" how can you get your airline boarding passes a couple of days before you fly? Did you book the flights through Celebrity?

I think you will find there is one UK socket and two USA sockets in the stateroom.
