You could Use a VPN and set the exit point to a node in your home Country, should get around any Geo blocking

Most shops in Hamburg are closed on a Sunday, There are a few open around the Station, but not a lot of choice i'm afraid.

In Rotterdam there is a Metro underground station about 3 minutes walk from the Cruise Terminal (Towards the bridge), D or E line will get you to the centre in a few minutes,

E will take you all the way to the Hague if you want a visit to the Maritshuis to see "Girl with a Pearl Earing"

Are those figures actual costs, or suggested minimum bids?

I had an email yesterday for our Sept 3 sailing on Jade, we're in a mini suite, and the costs were from £385 to upgrade to a suite, and £750 to a Haven suite.
