Not the best instruction / wording by RC. Lookup again means hit the "lookup" button again and then view another offer. Refreshing the page also works.

Yes on Ovation for at least 2 sessions. This was about 3 weeks ago. The two I know about happened right before the regular session started...I do not know how long it was.

Definitely depends on port. Some are strict, some aren't.

5 hours ago, cruisin from florida said:
We are in one of the 3 huge lines outside the port. Lines aren't moving much. No one is checking docs or appointment times. I've never seen anything like this. Last month we just walked on to Navigator at our appointment time.
Is this the norm for Port of Miami Terminal G?
This is exactly how it was at the beginning of the month. Waited 100 minutes from arrival to on board.

Tri-Rail from MIA to Dania Beach stop $5 each.
Free bus from stop to FLL. Takes a tad longer but it's fun if you like trains.

I would say 930, but I would be stressed. All the pieces have to fall into place.
1100, not stressed.
I would take my own luggage. Someone has taken mine from the pier before (they did eventually bring it back).

As of a couple weeks ago, yes....and they let you fill the cups up yourself. Two next to cafe promenade and two in Windjammer.

On it now. It definitely doesn't seem like 1100. I would have guessed maybe 750.
-
On Odyssey now. This ship is dead. 1/3 full at the max.

So is a parent of an unvaccinated (too young) kid unable to go to vaccinated only venues by themselves, for example, the casino?

Number 3 is generally yes as long as you are the only one playing non-color / it's not too crowded and the dealer can keep track.

Let us know the outcome, please. Good luck.

Just got back. There are 14 cabanas i think right next to the jet ski area. It is roped off with private water access. The buffet is right there. I cannot compare to the riff-raff buffet, because I have not been. They did have the regular hot dog, hamburger, etc. plus very tender sirloin steak (it was very good), shrimp skewers and more that I didn't have. The barman was right there too and it was not a long walk at all to get drinks or food. One bit of advice - when you get on board, go to shore excursions and pick the specific cabana. They will have an aerial shot so you can see which is where. Yes, there is still a tram.
Quiet? I don't really remember, to be quite honest.
I also posted these questions on the Private Islands forum......Does anyone have any up to date information on the cabanas being relocated? I saw in another thread that it is now by the watersports area.
Is the area still private?
Is there still a deluxe buffet area? Can't tell by the map.
How "deluxe" is the buffet? What is different from the regular buffet?
Is it quiet?
Does it now have direct beach access (i.e. not on the sea wall).
Do/Can you get a ride to the cabanas (similar to the bungalows)?
We already have a bungalow booked and I am debating upgrading to the cabana. My mother cannot walk very far, especially not on sand. When we were there in April we used the Coco Limo to get from the tender to the bungalows on South Beach. Very little walking. The Limo was also available to take hubby and kids to the jet ski area but if we do the cabana they would be close by.
Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I second most of the replies. I have tried to deal with an existing reservation while on board and Next Cruise wouldn't help me. I went to guest services and made a phone call. Final payment day for a future cruise happened while on board and I needed to pay.
-
Oh....i see that and I like that...i think. Now if the upgraded buffet is there too, we have a win.
-
Did they move the cabanas on CocoCay recently (past 3-4 months or so)? I thought I heard they were or saw it somewhere. If so, exactly where did they go, did the buffet move with it, and does anyone have a new map?
Thanks

No organized transportation included. There is a free open air "shopping" tractor/tram thing that will get you about halfway there. It's not a crazy long walk if you are able.
Hello all! Very long time reader (thanks for all the information I've gathered just by reading) first time poster. My wife and I will be taking our first Oasis class cruise on the Allure in April. We have previously cruised the Freedom for our honeymoon in March of 2014. When we visit St. Thomas we are interested in visiting Paradise Point. I see that Royal offers an excursion, and I have read that tickets through Royal and a little cheaper than buying them at the station.
I am wondering if Royal provides transport from the boat to the cable car station? If we were docking at WIC we could just walk across the street to it but since we are docking on the other side of the harbor it is too far to walk.
Are we on our own in getting to and from the boat with the excursion from Royal, or do they provide a shuttle service? Thank you!

if you are okay with items in the boxes being lost or damaged you DO NOT NEED THEM in the first place.
hence no need to pack them at all
Correct, but I want to bring more stuff. I don't "need" the trip either, but I'm gonna do it anyway.
-
damaged as in ripped to shreds with half the contents missing? very real possibility.
It's the price of doing business.
-
I understand damage may occur. I'm not worried about that.

Anyone had an issue bringing a box or two of (legal) stuff aboard? Have three little girls, but probably not enough suitcases for all the stuff we want to bring. We would hand them to porter with tags on all sides…not carry aboard. Going on Liberty from Galveston.

Just off Freedom and the shelves in the library were maybe 5% full. My guess is that one is next to go.

I think that was part of the Fisher Price stuff. I believe RCCL did away with Fisher Price three-ish years ago.
