I had a few questions on the disembarkation process for the Bliss in Seattle. We have early flights back home and don't want to miss our flights (11:50 a.m.)

1. It looks like Self Assist starts at 6:45. Do you have to be in line at 6:45 or can you self disembark anytime between 6:45 and 8:00 (before the first yellow group).

2. For all other color coded groups, do you get something that you need to show the crew when leaving to verify your time slot or is that just an indication of when your bags will be ready after customs.

3. If you do get into the Port Valet program, can you disembark at any time or do you still get assigned a depart time?

4. How worried should we be with an 11:50 a.m. departing flight? If one of our party is looking at the 11:05 a.m. flight is their best option to do the self assist at 7:00 a.m.?

We received a few Royal Caribbean gift certificates over the holidays. Last week I went online and redeemed them for OBC for our March Allure cruise. The website said that it would show up within 2-3 days. I still haven't seen anything under our reservation showing the OBC.

Does anyone know where I can go to see that it was applied to our reservation and will be available to spend on our cruise?

I have the Central Park Balcony perks for our March 2017 Allure cruise. Does anyone know how to go about booking Giovanni's table for lunch? I think when I looked at the cruise planner it was only showing evening options for dinner. Is this something you have to do once onboard?

I booked this 4 years ago for lunch on embarkation day ($15/pp??) and it was much easier to do back then. I think it was even an option online. Hope its available for the complementary lunch.

Wife and I are sailing on the Allure in March 2017. They have packages for 1 device and up to 5 devices. Is the internet packages tied to each device or is that # of devices allowed on the account at 1 time? In the past we bought packages by the minute and just kept logging on and off of each device and we were both able to share the package. SO are we able to get the 1 device package and keep switching off when we need to use the internet on our separate devices or will this only allow 1 of our devices to get on and we will need to get a 2 device package if we both want to use it?

Sailing on the allure March 2017 eastern Caribbean. Had a few questions. TIA for the replies.

Drink package: looks like the price is $48 a day. I saw some people saying it was $44. Does the price fluctuate or am I missing a discount somewhere? Also, is it possible to just get the package for 1 person and not for the 2nd person in the cabin? I know on some lines if 1 person gets a drink package then everyone in the cabin has to get it. The wife won't drink that much and we are better off just paying for what she drinks and not get the package for her.

Any links to the daily mdr menus? I couldn't find then in a search.

Is it a crap shoot to put a luggage tag on a case of water at the ft. Lauderdale port and having it show up in the room? I hear lots of stories that some people have success and some are denied.

I was researching the thermal suite pass for our upcoming cruise on the Star to see if this is something that we want to do. Has anyone purchased this in the past and can comment on their experience?

It appears to me that the Thermal Suite amenities vary from ship to ship and the one on the Star might not be as good as how they advertise it on the website. We would love a nice quite place to relax and read and get away from the craziness near the main pool, but we don't want to pay a bunch of money for a small crowded area that doesn't offer much in return.

I just called around 3:45 and hung up after a few minutes of the phone ringing. I then called back around 4:35 and it was picked up after 3 rings. Upgraded from an oceanview on deck 5 to a family suite on deck 12 for the 3/6/16 star cruise from Tampa. Very happy with the experience.
