I just got off the Apex last Saturday sailing in a suite. There were a few families on my cruise. One in particular had 2 teen age girls that came to dining room (dinner)and always had on shorts and they were very short.

My husband and I were on the Seashore a couple of weeks ago and had lunch there one day. We were in YC and were told our package could not be used. The margueritas were delish. Our lunch was around $60.00. But a couple of days toward the end of the cruise they did run specials "all you can eat" for $17.99pp. Of course drinks were additional.

We were on Seashore 12/11 - 12/18 and were told by our butler upon first meeting Venchi was not included any more. My husband went to Venchi just to check and was told the same.

It is on MSC's website.

They've never had rum in miniature-sized bottles so they can't give you what they don't have.
This was our first time on an MSC ship and hopefully not our last, but until you ask you do not know. It was a learning process for us. At the moment we have 4 reservations with Celebrity and cannot look at MSC again until late 2020.

We spent 2 weeks on Seaside in October and our experience was not always positive. My husband asked if the 3 bottles could be exchanged for rum and was told no. So we left the 3 untouched in frig. We did eat some of the nuts and they were not replenished 2 times a day. In fact, we had to ask on day 2 after we had eaten them if they would please replenish them. We left the empty cans on the counter so they could not miss the fact that they were empty and were still ignored. I am guessing the housekeeping personnel has a lot to do with ones personal experience. Obviously it did not spoil our trip but I had read on these boards all these wonderful experiences and that is not always the case for everyone. Also, not once during the 2 weeks did anyone offer to bring a drink to our cabin. My husband went to TSL and got our drinks. This was okay with us but again not what I had read on here.

On that particular cruise only available in the Restaurant. I will be getting on the Equinox in a couple of weeks, I think I will ask just to see what they say. Don't need another one, but I am curious.

Several years ago I wanted to buy one of X's cookbooks. I was informed to go to Tuscan Grill, they were housed there. I did and the girl walked a few steps to pick one up and hand it to me. When I went to sign the slip it had 18% grats attached. I questioned her and was informed that because it was ring up in restaurant, I had to pay it. They would not budge.

We were on Seaside for 2 weeks in October in DYC cabin and our service charges appeared at end of cruise on final bill and that was only $350.00 for 2 people for 2 weeks. Not a lot of money for all the work they do. My only complaint regarding YC is the amount of workers that you interact with on a daily basis. Everyone went above and beyond to make our 2 weeks wonderful. That said, tipping additional at end of cruise is a little frustrating trying to be fair to everyone. We tipped 4 servers in TSR, 2 bartenders in TSL, 2 concierges, the housekeeper and of course Maria, our butler and that was probably only a third of the folks were interacted with.

We just got off the Oosterdam Sunday and the PG was opened on sea days, but was also open on the days we were in Hubbard Glacier, Ketchikan and Victoria. The cost was $10.00. We went the first sea day and it was practically empty. The menu is very limited. We did not go back for lunch but did have a wonderful dinner one night in PG.

We just got an email this morning informing us we are Gold for their match status program. We are Diamond Plus with RC and almost Elite Plus with Celebrity. Did not realize it had changed. We booked our first MSC cruise for this October in one of the YC suites.

We got off of the Infinity last Saturday and the hours were 5 - 7.

We got the call and considering final payment was due in a couple of weeks anyway, went ahead and made the payment today and immediately received confirmation of the 100.00 onboard credit.

We use lime green duct tape as well but we have initials written across the tape just in case.

I am sailing on Oasis on 01/30/2015 in GS Stateroom 11730. Just my wife and I. Looking forward to those balcony views. I will post a review and pics when I get back. Also have Oasis GS 12730 in Feb, 2016.
We have this room booked for 5/23/15 sailing. Can't wait to see pixs and get your feedback.

We have 14730 booked for May sailing and right now I am having second thoughts. Hopefully will be able to read some reviews and comments regarding these suites in the next couple of months.

I had it on my Vision cruise last week. Wish I had known I could cancel. purchased mine in advance of sailing. What a waste of money. It took 15 minutes to get "fresh" squeezed most mornings. They just could not get their act together for early risers (7:00 - 8:00) I like good fresh black coffee and it is not available, only espresso which I deplore.
Never again.

We were on last week and ours was very hard.

I totally agree!!

We sailed on Enchantment Memorial day weekend and were told that the policy had changed. We could bring water on board in our carry on but could not put a luggage tag on as it would not be delivered to our suite. We were in RFS. It was a drag but we carried it on along with our 2 bottles of wine.

Doesn't work for me either!

Just got off the Equinox couple of weeks ago and ate in Murano's. Wine was expensive by the glass. Chard was $18.50 - I settled for a Riesling which was $12 a glass - not sure I saw any that were cheaper. Good thing you get a 20% discount on a bottle.

We had one on the Enchantment this past May and looking at the pixs the layout looks the same. The "curtain" between the master and the hall always had a gap. I had brought some clips for my hair and that saved us. I would suggest you bring something to secure it just in case you run into the same problem we did.
