Thanks for everyone's help. I guess we will call since we don't do Facebook. Do we need their booking number?
You don't have to have Facebook, login to your Carnival account, then cruise manager click Booking and order details. You can link them to your booking, you will need their booking number. I have done this several times for our family, our first cruise was for 15 people and I have never had a problem.

Thanks for the information, no one has posted any pictures of these cabins.

We are in cabin 12369 on the Mardi Gras in June and I was wondering if anyone has stayed in this cabin and how much room there will be for my scooter.

When we sailed on the Vista in August 2021 the Red Frog Pub had a Happy hour special. Does any of the bars on the Mardi Gras have something like this.

Thanks so much. So, to be clear, the $400 you spent was taken from your $600 OBC, leaving you with $200 OBC and $400 in gift cards you could use however you wanted.
Is that correct?
Yes and as I said I gave 1 $200 card to my daughter and see went to guest services and had it added to her sign and sail card. I ended up putting the other one on my account and at the end of the cruise I had only$68 left on my account and I went to guest services and was given that in cash. I had used all my on board credit.

So you were able to use $400 of your $600 on gift cards that you carried off the ship and left the other $200 to pay for gratuities, drinks, excursions, pictures and such?
You have to go to the service desk to have the gift cards loaded to your sign and sail account.

The 3rd day of the cruise I ended up giving one to my daughter that was with me, it didn't make sense for her to spend her cash.

I cruised on the Vista August 14 to 21 and had $600 on board credit I bought 2/$200 gift card at Cherry on Top and was told if I did not used all of it on this cruise it would be good on a future cruise.

since its a fully accessible room you should be ok. more open floor space and all the ADA requirements.
Sometimes that doesn't work out. I had a fully accessible cabin deck 7 on the Dream 2 years ago same area at the front end of the ship, very roomy. Last year fully accessible cabin deck 8 on the Sunshine same area at the front end of the ship. Very tight no room to move around. The beds were positioned head to head the door was wide enough for the scooter but had to put it next to the desk or in front of the closet also had to back out of the cabin. So fully accessible does not always mean the same

I have booked this cabin for May 2020, I use a scooter and I am worried about how much space there will be to move around

I have booked one of the renovated Spa cabins 1004 for next year. If anyone on the ship has pictures of this cabin. I would love to see how they changed the space. I use a scooter and the pictures on the website are not very helpful. Thanks

I just checked the Carnival website for our May 30, 2020 cruise and it will not come up. We still had some family wanting to book. Do you think it could be sold out so soon.

I use a scooter and in New Orleans and Port Canaveral I did not have to wait in a long. There was separate check in for handicap

There is a beach near the port. But I have not been to St Maarten since the hurricane so I don't know what shape it is in. The easiest way to get to the beach is by taxi. There are nicer beaches than Maho. Dawn beach, Pinel, and of course Orient, if you don't mind the nudity. And if you are comfortable doing the local buses ( vans) go to"Back Street" and get the bus.

Last year when our room steward found out I was celebrating a birthday I received a discount card for the spa. When filling out your paper work it asks if you are celebrating anything make sure you note that she is having a birthday.

I did a mock booking for May 2019 on the Dream and the $50 deposit came up with onboard credit

I had a 4J cabin on the Dream last year. Cabin 7208 no soaf, large bath and enough room for my scooter. I think most of the 4J cabins are accessible cabins.

Does anyone remember how much the chair cost that are around the pool in Grand Turk? Wanted a Cabana but they are sold out.

I have only been on 2 cruises but I use a scooter and I book a AAC cabin there is room for the scooter to get in the door but not turn around. If you will have 2 scooters you will need a FAC they have more room.

The area around the small slides are perfect for small children, but no pool in that area . 2 years ago my youngest granddaughter loved to play there.
