Thanks Travelcat2 for your reply.. Actually we sailed on the voyager back in 2003 but certainly do not remember the entertainment but did enjoy our cruise..

Any comments about Mariner entertainment would be greatly appreciated... Looking at April sailing... The entertainment on Crystal is great and that is an important factor of us...

Thanks TillylovesSeabourn... I thought I read elsewhere that men needed to follow dress code for Colonnade also... this helps!!!

I thought in the Colonnade men needed at jacket at night for both elegant casual and formal...

Interested in the ship as we are sailing on the 21st, same itinerary.. Can you tell me how the dress code was.. How many casual, etc.. Any issues you would like to share as well as positive notes..

Thanks everyone... I guess I need to take a jacket and tie for DH... I can either dress up or down what I am taking & maybe one dressy outfit for me...

I just received my cruise documents and I do not see anything that says how many of each suggested attire... am I missing something??? Also, we are doing a lot of land on this trip so trying to keep it casual and the least amount of luggage as possible... is jacket for men required in Colonnade on evenings when required in MDR...

Thanks for your responses... I am hoping that most are resort casual as this is the MED and during the summer...

If someone knows where I can find the dress code by evening for the August 21, 2014 sailing it will be appreciated...

I know that they both have their plusses and minuses... really interested to know that the food is fresh fish and the entertainment... I have already sailed on both but it was quite some time ago... any opinions are welcome!

I am posting this on both boards as we are hoping to book either Regent or Crystal for the Med this summer.. So any comparisons are welcome...

I will put something together... the food was horrible and the one excursion we went on was unacceptable... I did speak with destination services who said that they would get back with me, but never heard from them... we had a sushi special order that I would not have even given my worst enemy... same for the crepes suzette... same food almost every night in another variety... tasteless... as for maintenance, the pipe on our PH veranda, had no paint on top and the woodwork in the pool area needed to be refinished... I could go on and on but for what we paid, we expected a lot more!!!! the cabin was lovely and was cleaned as needed... no problems there... the special request was not done on the night we requested and had confirmed and no one told us prior to sitting down... a call to our cabin would have been nice so that we would have known prior...

We just returned from the November 27 Sojourn sailing and we were totally disappointed... the food was awful, the ship needs maintenance and the staff was not responsive... we had booked 2 future bookings went we got on-board and cancelled them upon leaving... will not sail on Seabourn again!!!
