Yes, just log in to your My Cruises account on the RCI webpage and review and purchase the packages there. At the moment, the discounts are showing for some cruises but not others. I had to wait a few weeks before the discount appeared on my October cruise.

 

NB purchasing through the RCI webpage is an international transaction so use a credit card with no international fees if you can.
