Colosseum tickets? in Italy Ports Posted April 23, 2014 I had the same problem with Trenitalia. For me the problem was apparently they don't recognize a dot net email address (at least mine anyway). I immediately received a confirmation as soon as I changed it to my dot com address. Hope this helps.
