Thank you. I am familiar with what is free, how to upgrade and the cost. I am looking for the actual spirits available on each one. I clicked on the link but could not find it. I am electronically challenged so that may be the problem. Is the listing there?

I know I have seen the 2 different drink packages on this forum previously. I have searched and could not find them. I also went on Oceania site as I thought they could be accessed there - no luck. Would someone be kind enough to direct me where I could find them or actually send a link. Thanks for your patience.

Styles27 - it was so thoughtful of you to bring an Easter Basket for your cabin attendant. We will be cruising NCL for the first time in September. I would like to bring something for our attendant as well. Is there only 1 person that takes care of the cabin? We usually cruise Oceania and there are usually 2 people that care for the cabin. Granted one is the primary, but both do the big cleaning each morning. Any suggestions for items the staff enjoy would be appreciated. Thanks for sharing about your cruise. It has been helpful as well as enjoyable.

We will be picking up some friends at the Tampa Cruiseport next week. Any suggestions for a good place to tell them to meet us?

Thank you all so much for your responses. @Foxtrot Tango your description only encourages me more to get there! Again, thank you.

Will be on Marina this fall with a stop in Saint-Malo, France. We would love to see Mont St. Michel but not sure we want to do a full tour. Is it possible to take a bus and go see on your own? Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

We were on the Panama Canal Cruise last year at Christmas with Oceania. I believe it was either 14 or 16 days. We only saw 4 children. Two of them that we saw on Christmas Even we had not spotted until that evening which was 7 days into the cruise. The other 2 were young sisters that were beautifully behaved and always with their parents. Just as an FYI, we met a woman who told us that she had taken her grandchildren on Holland American and they liked it better than Disney. She said that there obviously were not as many kids as Disney and they felt they got a lot of attention and had more options. Don't know if they still have a children's program but thought I would mention it.

We were on the NYC to Lisbon Cruise in May. We bought the 7 bottle package and thought it was OK. One night when we indicated which bottle we wanted, we were told they were out of it! Why did they let us buy it if they did not have it? :(

We love to share. Only once in many shared dinners did we have an awful experience. It was a table for 4 with a very opinionated and boorish couple. We are pretty easy going and love meeting new people. This dinner was really BAD. Since then, we ask for six or more fun people. We have not been disappointed.

I am not sure about the voltage on the unmounted hair dryer. From past experience on both Regatta and Riviera, I have to say that they are excellent and are plenty hot.

We were on Regatta in December and there was a hand held hair dryer available. It was in a felt bag in one of the drawers near closet.

Darkest Blue, I think we are on the same cruise. Yes, cranberry, OJ and vodka is a Madras. Leave out the OJ and you have a Cape Codder.:)

Don,
Thinking of you and Betsy and keeping you in our prayers! Glad the surgery is behind you.

Spent 14 day on Riviera on March and had a great cruise. We brought on 7 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of scotch. We did not hide it. It was in a small rolling carry on suitcase that was scanned as we boarded or a backpack that was carried on and scanned. We only drank the scotch or wine in our room or on our balcony. We purchased bottles of wine for dinner in the various venues and drinks by the pool or at one of the bars. We appreciate that Oceania allows us to do this. We did however see some folks at the pool with some type of container/pitcher wrapped in a towel while they were shaking it over and over. Eventually they poured it into Solo cups - not red -- maybe blue. In any case I found it to be very awkward and I was almost embarrassed for them. As Jim and Stan said Why ruin it for everyone! I saw one of the pool staff approach them but don't really know what the outcome was. I felt bad that he (the staff person) was put in that position and did not want to bear witness to what happened. If I had to sneak alcohol to the pool, I would just take a less expensive cruise and purchase the liquor package. It wouldn't have been as nice as Oceania but I wouldn't have put myself or someone else in a terrible position.

We are also flying into Miami and staying in Ft. Lauderdale. I spoke with Jeff of Jiffy Jeff last night. He said that if he could pick us up it would be 2:00 p.m. or later. The early mornings are spent taking people from the ship and late morning early afternoon they are bringing people to the ship. We get in around noon and don't want to wait 2 hours. We would consider taking the train to Ft. Lauderdale but we are arriving on a Sunday and the Sunday schedule is not very good. We are using SAS from hotel in Ft. Lauderdale to POM. We have used them in the past and had a very good experience. We currently have a car rental in place approximately $180 for two days. Recently saw a deal with Budget -- almost seemed too good to be true. Any suggestions are appreciated !!:)

Thanks LHT 28 and Jim and Stan. We appreciate the detailed information. :)

We are in an inside on a 7 day cruise -- Barcelona to Rome on the Riviera -- our travel agent has told us that we can only make two reservations before we board and the other two once we are on the ship. Is that correct?

We also met Willie on the Regatta with Mringenoldus If I remember correctly. I see your upcoming agenda and wish it was ours. Enjoy!!
