When we met with the future cruise person on the Grandeur last month, he said that Grandeur is scheduled to be replaced in 2017 with the same size ship.

I just had the same issue on the New Years Eve sailing. Apparently, they have not fixed the issue. Staff on the ships seem to have no idea what is being offered on the website.

We just came off the New Years Eve Grandeur cruise. We were in JS 8552 and there was a lot of noise. We talked to others around us and they complained about the noise also. It sounds like you are beneath a bowling alley all night long. We rebooked for the same cruise next year and were told that the aft JS's on deck 7 are much quieter. They said there may be some more motion but we are not bothered by motion. Quiet is much more important to us. Also, the air conditioner did not work very well. We had it set at the max setting and it was barely tolerable. Maintenance came twice and we ended up getting a fan from our cabin steward to make it tolerable.

Has anyone done the all access tour of the ship? Is it actually worth all that money?

Can anyone tell me what you get for the additional money in the ultimate beverage package? I don't think they had it when we sailed last year. We had the premium package which included beer, mixed drinks, soda, and bottled water.
