How does one use OBC to book an excursion on the website?
-
Yes, something is wrong. It is false advertising! I called and spoke to several different Princess representatives asking how the "7 perks are included" if I have to buy the Princess Plus package? The last representative said to me, "I am tired of arguing with you about this." How unprofessional!

Will be embarking on a 14-day Mediterranean cruise departing from Barcelona on 09/24 and the itinerary includes Greece. Received a notification from Princess today that stated for this cruise, fully vaccinated guests ages 5 or above DO NOT require a pre-cruise COVID test and it references the testing requirements for cruises departing from Europe. However, there were no updates to Princess' website and the testing requirements pertaining to Greece remains the same. I was wondering if anyone else received this notification and what everyone is planning to do (take a COVID test or not)? The following is what I received:
I received the exact same email and was planning on showing up untested and providing the email as proof. Then I called Princess to double check and was told that was a mass email sent out and did not apply because we were going to Greece. I asked what would happen if I showed up untested and was told I would not be allowed on the ship even though I had this email saying I did not need to be. So just to be safe, I am now going to be tested. I suggested they are going to have many unhappy passengers at the port and that they issue a correction, but nothing has been done yet. What a mess, Princess needs to get their act together.

My return flight was just rescheduled for a day earlier and I will still be on the ship!

I have never sailed Princess before and will be on the Regal Princess soon.. What is the difference between the Allegro, Symphony and Concerto dining rooms and which do you recommend I select? Thanks

Does one need to make reservations for the shows?

My husband & I booked a cruise while on a cruise that included many perks. He passed away and I have a friend who would like to go. All I have paid so far is the small deposit. The cruise is not until Oct. 2021. Can I change the name without loosing the perks?

Antarctica was awe-inspiring and one I would do over and over again. The Baltic would be second.

We did a 19 day triple Denali with Holland America. It started in Vancouver with a 3 day inside passage cruise, then the land portion and ended with a 7 day cruise back to Vancouver. If you go, I would highly recommend you spend as much time on land as possible. A cruise only wets ones appetite. The real beauty is away from the ports. The full day Denali Wilderness Tour is a must. We went the first weeek of June and enjoyed perfect weather. Enjoy!

It was booked as a package from one of the larger travel agencies. Yes, we were on the Volendam for the first 3 days, then a land tour ending with a 7 night cruise on the Westerdam.

We did a 19 day triple Denali with Holland in early June 2019 and could not have been more pleased. It started with a 3 day inside passage cruise, then the land portion with the full day Wilderness Tour in Denali (not to be missed) and ended with a 7 day cruise back to Vancouver. A host was with us throughout the land portion and she was extremely organized, helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to have someone in charge of everything. The land hotels with Holland were comfortable and within walking distance to most attractions. I would highly recommend doing it as a package as you don't have to worry about anything.

It appears there are no tours available to see Penguins on the Falkland Islands. Does anyone have a suggestion as to another reasonably priced tour to see Penguins in Chile, Uruguay and/or Argentina?

Four of us are looking for transportation from the ship to the airport in Buenos Aires that would include a highlights tour. We would each have 2 pieces of luggage. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
-
We are trying to decide which one to choose. Are there any pros and cons between the two directions? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
-
I hope this is not true as we are booked for Jan 10, 2021.

Downy wrinkle release was a life saver.

We did the triple Denali - 3 day inside passage - land portion and then 7 day cruise back. The land portion was way more spectacular than the cruise. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
-
We did not buy the meal package as it was easy to find places to eat throughout the land portion. We certainly did not spend anywhere near that amount of money.

Is there any reliable site that will track a drop on a cruise price and send me notifications?
-
Thank you so much for your replies. I guess we will skip this offer and hope we get one for the 7 day cruise back to Vancouver at the end of our journey.
-
No, we have an inside room.

Sorry, I posted in the Volendam section so did not include the ship's name. It is on the Volendam.
