We are flying into FLL tomorrow evening, and I was able to find a one-day rental from Hertz for $33, including taxes. There is a Hertz drop off location on 2nd Street in Miami that runs a shuttle every half hour to the Port of Miami. Florida has a law that rental car companies cannot charge one-way fees for pick up and drop off within the state. With this, I think the flexibility of driving yourself, as well as the time savings of not having to wait for the hotel shuttle is worth it.

How much is it?

I am sailing on the Getaway June 7th, and am making my restaurant reservations for the week to utilize my UDP. I see that I can attend the Illusionarium the first night as part of the UDP, but this show does not show up on MyNCL for our first night. Can this only be booked once we board?

It looks bigger to me, too. The description for the H5 rooms says they are between 328 and 349 sq feet. So perhaps 15100 is the 349? My calculations say that means it is probably 12" to 15" wider than the other suites. I sure hope so - I will be staying in this cabin in June!

Do all suite guests get that or was it some type of special. I was going to purchase the dining plan. Should I wait?

It is not something for all suite guests - it was an 'extra' thrown in at booking. I am afraid if it is not already listed on your reservation that you will need to purchase it.

Experts, I am very excited to be sailing on the Getaway in June in a Courtyard Penthouse, and have been spending my time checking out people's videos on YouTube. On one of the videos taken in the courtyard it seemed that it was very echo-y - like inside a gym or indoor pool. Is this really the case, or just an effect of the video? If you have a few kids horsing around in the pool, does the squealing bounce around off the walls, driving people looking for quiet outside or back to their rooms?
