This is a very sad day for our family, the end of an era in cruising which will never be repeated.  The Sovereign of The Seas has reached the dismantling yard in Turkey and soon will be no more.   We spent years cruising on the Sovereign out of Port Canaveral, celebrating everything from birthdays, anniversaries, first cruises, graduations, you name it.   Our family has cruised on many ships and many cruise lines, but our fondest memories were made on the Sovereign.  We will miss its small ship size and friendly crew.  Weekend trips to Nassua and Coco Cay. The quirky 1/2 6th deck, carpeted pool decks and the never working clock sculpture in the Atrium.  Thankfully our photos and videos will be reminders of this wonderful ship forever.  We will miss you Sovereign of The Seas.  May you rest in peace.

Anyone know if the solarium pool will be back? Really missed it on Harmony

UHHH, Yup, Final plan: Pull the curtain over the balcony door and use it for a screen.

Ahh didn't think of the legal side of things, but I do have a final plan. Stream to tablet on HBO Go, use pocket projector and shoot video on a white wall, lots of those on the pool deck. Bluetooth speaker for sound. If anyone happens to be looking over my shoulder, I didn't know they were there !!!

Ok, so we leave this Saturday 6/25 on the Oasis. The question is, how do I watch the last episode of Game of Thrones Season 6 on Sunday night? Does anyone know if the ship has watch parties. I am thinking about streaming it on the new Zoom internet and hoping I can talk a crew member to let me plug my tablet into a large tv in one of lounges or bars. Any ideas or past experience?
