We loved Roatan, went snorkeling, loved it. Would love to go back to Belize. :)

We were also trying to put together our own tour on this very date... I will agree that he has been very prompt with emails. I was not able to get the amount of people required though for what we want to do. Can I ask what you are planning to do on your tour?
I'm assuming you're on the Freedom?
We're there Sept 5 too - off Magic :)

Thanks for the responses all. We look forward to it! :)

Thanks for the reviews, everyone! Looks like we will be booked on our upcoming trip. :)

Great idea. I have printed out papers that would state the date, day of cruise and port or location, but taking a pic of the Fun times is so much better.
Here's another way to do it - not sure if CCL does this (RCCL does) but on the last 2 cruises we were on, every day they changed a sign in the floor (really articulate, aren't I?) - it was like a stone inlaid in the elevator - that had the day of the week on it. So, we'd take a pic of that. :D

On our last cruise they did not take the booze we bought at one port - it really depends who is at the re-entry!:)
Exactly! :)

I also do the binder. But the pencil pouch is a great add on! I also make a door sign. Every cruise we get great feedback from the crew. The room stewards always know our names and room service always loves to check it out. Last cruise I think half the crew knew our room;)

What do you put on the sign? Do you have a pic? Thanks :)

After 75 cruises my vote goes to Seabourn. But for main stream I must vote for Celebrity.
Oh boy...I am salivating at the thought of 75 cruises. Congrats! :D

Bottom line...don't just "sign and sail" If what you are spending on something IS WORTH IT TO YOU, then it is money well spent.
Well said!

We have reservations to do this in Nov. Will be glad to get back with a review afterward.
There are some videos on Youtube which are great though.
Thank you! I look forward to reading your review! :D

Best lobster I've ever had, first time I'd ever had Caribbean lobster. Fantastic! I thought the underwater statues were boring, though, and the tour guide in the water with us was very insistent that EVERYONE LOOK AT EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!!!! It got kind of ridiculous. Water was a little murky that day too. But the food alone was 100% worth it.
Courtney Taylor?
in Jamaica

My husband and I were in Mont Bay on Sept 5, and had a great time with Courtney & his staff.
We went with a large group to Doctor's Cave Beach (it wasn't too crowded, which was great - we were the only ship in Mont Bay) and the snorkeling was nice. Not spectacular, but it isn't known for being amazing, so I wasn't disappointed. The water was clear. We saw some interesting fish.
After the beach, Courtney himself and one of his other staff (I wish I could remember her name, she was lovely) took us to Scotchie's (the rest of the group went to Margaritaville). It was delicious - we didn't think we really liked Jamaican Jerk, but that's because we'd never had the real thing. Delicious! We had both the pork & chicken, as well as Festival (these scrumptious cornbread-like nuggets of yum, shaped like breadsticks). Courtney's associate ordered for us, and we felt safe the whole time we were in Jamaica.
If we are ever back in Jamaica, we'll definitely hope to go with Courtney & his crew again. We highly recommend them! :)
