Also - not sure if you’ve done this - need to price in the more expensive WiFi package as that is what is included with 4 perks.

You’ll be a hit !

It starts with straws....next goes the water bottles. And then Chic night will become Sustainable Clothing night - only clothes made from pineapple leaves and mushrooms in MDR. And that will only happen if you’re still cruising as Flight Shame is here now and sure as shootin’ Cruise Ship Shame coming soon.

Hahaha........either the crowd in marketing don’t know what the song was about or they’re pitching to a bunch of old hippies.

A very favourable review of two day cruise - except dining room food. Telegraph requires a subscription so don’t know if you can read it all.

You are right. So, if you pay for only one device, there can only be one device signed on at a time. Means both of you won’t be able to access the internet at the same time.
-
I guess it depends if you have the Xcelerate or Surf package. We had Xcelerate and while I didn’t bother to stream anything, the internet service was excellent.

How do you setup once on ship? After you have paid.
Very simple as above poster said. We each had 2 devices (phone and tablet) and as you can only use one at a time, you have to switch between devices - took two seconds.

Even on sea days, some of which were cold and windy (Baltic cruise), still found the speed good. So overall, found it just as good as a hotel - no problems at all.
-
I found the internet speed excellent - only a very few times and for very short times was it slow over a 14 day cruise.

We did this cruise June past on Silhouette - booked ~ 6 months in advance and paid $8000.00 Cdn for 1A verandah with 3 perks.

Four pages on flip flops.
’nuff said.

You referred to a la carte pricing being cheaper - that was my point.

It's gotten beyond stupid anymore with these types of offers on Celebrity ...... Celebrity will probably find a few suckers who are too blind or lazy to see that a la carte pricing is cheaper.
I must be missing something here. Just checked a European cruise on Edge for 11 nights. The cost of 4 perks is $941 Cdn per person. The cost of Premium Beverage package alone would be $1001 Cdn per person for 11 days.

Where in the Med were you and what kinds of places were you trying to use it? We have certainly encountered places in Europe that don't take Amex, but have also found plenty of places that did, especially some larger/nicer hotels and nicer restaurants.
I have found in Europe many places that don’t take Amex....including nicer hotels and restaurants.

Are you serious or missing a brain? Allergens do NOT have to be peanuts/pet dander/pollen etc. An allergen is anything that causes discomfort to the person exposed.

I can also post one on cigarette smoke too if you want. An allergen causes an allergic reaction.....different from an irritant. Both can cause discomfort.

As neither cigarette smoke or perfume contain allergens you can’t be allergic to them.

I thought that the desserts looked good but that’s as far as it went - too sweet and pretty tasteless. The crème brûlée in MDR was the worst I’ve ever had and served icy cold. The apple pie was also terrible.
Tried several desserts in Café al Bacio and didn’t find them any good either. The only good dessert was the fig ice cream in Tuscan Grill.
All in my humble opinion, of course.

I don’t understand this obsession with bottled water. It seems nowadays that people won’t go ten feet unless they’re carrying a bottle of water. What did you do 20 or 30 years ago ? You drank the clean and available water that came from a tap. On a ship you can have water with your meals, there’s a tap in your room and in between you can have all the tap water you want at the bars or other venues.

Just did the itinerary in June - I would say 5 - 10% in tuxedos and suits. Found the specialty restaurants dressed down - think some people (like us) go to be more casually dressed.
-
Lawn Club Grill on Silhouette has patio heaters and is pretty enclosed - we ate there several times on Baltic cruise - very comfortable and food was good. Never saw anyone at the Porch.

I am still trying to figure out why some are so hung up on tablecloths. Very few upscale restaurants on land use them anymore. We live in a "foodie" city (Charleston, SC) and I can only think of one high-end restaurant here with tablecloths. They are not indicative of quality of decor, service or food. They create a huge amount of unnecessary
Very true.
Check my math? 4 perks purchase looks like a bad deal

And gratuities are per per person per day. So $36 per day x 2 = $252.
