In my search for Red Bull I found this thread. My husband also no longer drinks alcohol (3+years with Bill W 🙏🏻💗) but energy drinks are top of his list. Does anyone know if they are included in a non-alcoholic drink package?

Now, I don’t care for sugary mock cocktails, so don’t bother. In adulthood stopped sodas for the same reason.
I’m a sparkling water person. And on vacation I like a flavored Red Bull out by the pool. Never been coffee or tea drinker.
Before it was red wine and sparkling water. So, at least for me, plain sparkling water is tasty!

Thanks Tobbaco Bay does look more active! Any idea on the best ways to get there?

My husband and son are riding jet skis at 9am with Somerset Bridge Watersports... but then we have the whole day after that and I don't want him to be bored. Horseshoe Beach looks beautiful, but are there activities some SUP, kayaks, good snorkeling, etc that will keep him interested all day?
We wanted to book with Hidden Gems but they are full:( It seems they go to TMJ, is this doable and/or as fun on or own or with another company?

Sorry I missed this question.
What exact date would you be doing this? What is your "transportation" - car or public transit? How many people are you (any children under 12?)
June 20. There are three of us- one is 12 yrs old. We have a car- but are open to whatever transportation is most convenient from our hotel to and from Ripley's and Intrepid.

Looking for some advice on transportation options. We are cruising out cape liberty on Anthem in June. Day before the cruise is planned for Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and 9/11 Museum. Transportation planned as well thanks to some earlier awesome help from this forum :)
We want to add a day prior and see Ripley's in Times Square and the Intrepid Museum. We are staying at Springhill Suites by Marriott in Newark. Ideas on how best to do transportation to Ripley's and Intrepid?

Would I need to by 9/11 museum tickets in advance for sure? I wasn't sure what time we would be done with SOL/Ellis so thought we would just buy tickets for 9/11 museum on site.

Springhill is a good choice for your group. They have a free breakfast, but no restaurant. It us also very close to exit 14. Just remember the last ferry is 8:45 pm.
How early did you book tickets?
We booked 9am. 8am was the earliest option... but a little bit of extra sleep on vacation sounded too good to give up.

So which strategy do you prefer - driving to Liberty State Park or PATH? Can you do two double beds? If not, you need to stay at the airport and drive. Are you OK with staying in downtown Newark?
We decided on driving to Liberty State Park. We booked a room at Springhill by Marriott near the airport. We booked SOL/Ellis Island tickets as well [emoji4].
Anything else we should know?

Feeling overwhelmed trying to plan for a day in NYC pre-cruise. We're booked for 4 night Anthem to Bermuda leaving June 22. We are planning to come to NYC June 20 (not getting there until later in the day due to 8 hour drive), spend June 21 in NYC, and then board ship June 22. The must-do sights we want to explore are Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial and museum, WTC observatory.
Any suggestions on where to stay for a reasonable price close to what we want to see would be welcome. Also advice on buying tickets before/not, time of day, etc would be welcome. Thought about finding a tour to book.... but our own pace is appealing.
Two adults and two 12 y/o boys.

Glad I bought packages ahead of time! I have Royal Replenish for my husband bc the rep told me it included Red Bull. Would love to have a list like the one in the flyer to confirm bc I've seen conflicting posts. Anyone have info?
The coffee package sounds like a nice addition for me. Was too $$$ to upgrade myself to replenish just for fancy coffee... But I can manage 15 for $30 in 12 nights for sure.
Customer service on land makes my head hurt... But once on the ship all is right with the world... 55 days to go! [emoji4]

We stayed at Blue Horizon last year. We found a good rate online and were very happy with the hotel and neighborhood.

LOVE your review! We will be on Anthem 10/29 and cannot wait. My husband will have the same drink package as yours and also loved energy drinks. Do you know if Red Bull was available with the package? I can't seem to find a clear answer-- some say yes, some say no, some say only at some locations.

I've never had this experience, but I will say that anytime I'm unsure if a rep is correct and want reassurance I ask for an email indicating what they have said. If you can't find it on their site/policies I would request it in email.

We booked a volcano hike with Royston Tours several a few years ago and had a wonderful day. He was a perfect guide and it was beautiful.

I was checking out terms for this sale this AM when I noticed that the headline says up to $100 to spend.... The terms don't seem to indicate what determines amount (if any) OBC would be applied. Anyone know where I'm missing this?

My hubby and I are booked on Anthem in October. Lately we have been cruising with Celebrity and LOVE the 6pm sushi time at the buffet. Anyone know if Anthem will have sushi daily?
It won't make or break the cruise of course, we just happen to be eating sashimi at the moment and wondered about it.
8 months 7 days 5 hours until cruise day! [emoji7]

When we did a b2b a few years ago they gave us a complimentary bag of laundry after first cruise. Not sure Celebrity always/still does this but it sure was nice :)

I too have gone with Misty Bay lodge. Captain Dan keeps in touch with other captains to find the whales. I agree with everything that was said.

See my pictures in my blog. We went back to their lodge for home made seafood chowder. Awesome . There were only 4 of us with Captain Dan on the boat.
You won't be disappointed.
4cats,1dog I had actually already going your review and your pic of inside the cabin is what made me kind of concerned about space/seating. Is there more than just that little table?

Hi All! My parents, my husband, and I are booked on the June 12 southbound Alaska cruise that will stop in Skagway and Icy Strait Point. I am trying to plan one of those days as a leisurely walking around on our own type of day and one of the days as a whale watching day.
I have read great reviews of Misty Bay Lodge whale watching in Icy Strait Point ---- however, I'm a little concerned that their boat won't be as comfortable for my parents as I would like it to be. Alaska Fjordlines out of Skagway also has good reviews and looks to be more comfortable, but takes a larger group and not as many reviews of the whale watching tour as Misty Bay...
Would both places be equally nice for walking around if not touring there?
I think I'm just driving myself crazy!
Suggestions?

Back to Back with Guarantees?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Considering a back to back on Independence with guarantee balconies booked for both cruises. We are a family of 4. If I'm reading deck plans correctly the only "obstruction" for rooms that accommodate 4+ are aft balconies (oh to be so lucky! lol). If I'm wrong and risking a terrible room lmk please 🙂
I'm curious if anyone has booked back to back with guarantees and gotten the same cabin for both cruises or if we will almost certainly move? Not a deal breaker -just curious what other experiences may have been.
