Do they have it for dinner? I don't see it on the menu but thought I had read somewhere on here that they offered it. If they do and somebody has tried it would be great to know if its good or not.

Ive looked everywhere for the new cruise director schedule and I cant find anything past Feb. I have no Idea who it will be or how the person above found out it would be Gary because I looked everywhere and found nothing.

Just an FYI, James Dunn is off the Magic from 3/22 until 5/10. Gary Brierley fills in during his time off.

I sure hope it doesn't screw the cruise up with a new director trying to get acclimated on that first week. Anybody ever experienced this situation?

Must be a lot of bad experiences in the Magic casino if nobody has anything to say about it.

they're probably the same, perhaps with the addition of the $20 steakhouse selection options.

What are the $20 dollar steak house selections?? never heard of this. We try to go to the steakhouse one night on each cruise and its $35 if I remember right.

Anybody know if the menus are the same or have been changed since our last cruise on the magic in march of 2013? I have no Idea how often they change the menus

Going on her in one month and was curious if anybody knew? You would think the biggest and newest ships would get it first but what do I know.

Anybody have any luck there?? we went in 2013 and the slots were awful! I don't know how they regulate the payout percentage or if they even have to at sea but man it was bad. we had some luck at a few of the table games. I was on here in march of 2013 I wonder if they have updated the slots or if there still all the same? Any favorite machines or lucky machines anybody played would sure be nice to know!

We had 2276 on the Breeze. I'm pretty sure it will be the same situation on the Magic. No lifeboats above! It was also a connecting room. You could hear our neighbors' crying kids from time to time, but it was no big deal. Check out my review for a ton of pictures of what your balcony will look like.

I may be mistaken, but when I look at the deck plan for deck 3, the area w/o a lifeboat matches up to cabin 2260.

 

Hopefully someone who has been in that cabin can confirm for you.

I could be wrong but from what I could gather it looks like there are a couple of cabins in a row right there that don't have a boat above them but I'm not 100% sure. Wish someone could confirm this.

First off has anybody stayed in this room? We are really excited to try out a cove balcony for the first time. I think but not 100% sure we got one with no life boat over the top of the room. Had to try to find one for the wife because she didnt like the idea of not getting any sun on the balcony. What has me worried though is this room has a connecting state room and we have no idea who is gonna be next door. has anybody stayed in a room with a connecting state room? can you hear everything the people next door are doing? any info about that and the cove balcony would be great!

I just booked it for me and my wife on the magic march 22 will be the first time using it, but I think I screwed up. Do you have to book it for both people in the cabin or just 1 per cabin? I paid 100 dollars thinking we both had to have it now Im wondering if it is just done by cabin and I just wasted 50 dollars. and if I did you think carnival will just give me on onboard credit for it or something?

Going on the Magic in March and was curious if anybody had been to the red frog pub and sampled the food you have to pay for there? Just curious which appitizers are good and if there worth the extra money?

I belive as long as they are under 10 dollars then yes they are included.
