I am cruising on the 2nd of September which is in a week.
I have applied and paid for the Bermuda Travel Authorization back on August 11th. I am just wondering when they will send the email on whether it has been accepted or denied.
Everything else is done except for this Travel Authorization to come back from Bermuda. Thanks everyone for their help

Reading everyone responses are interesting to say the least
I do work in the Tourism Industry where I have not been back to work since mid March. I am hoping for a return to work sometime in June/July, even that seems hopeful at this point.
For the Cruise Lines it all depends on what CDC says. I also think that if Disney/Universal start opening back up you will see the cruise lines return sooner than later.
With that said I would have no problem heading out on a cruise right now. The Cruise ships will be very clean at this point.

Well it is mid morning now. What a relaxing morning it is.
It is these views that remind me why always get a balcony for a cruise.
Well went the Meet and Mingle this morning. It was good they had lots of prizes to give away.
I actually won this time around.
The Champayne was won by a couple celebrating their anniversary during this cruise.
Here is my view as I work on this post
This afternoon I will be playing some Table Tennis and watching the Belly Flop. After that will be time for lunch as I had a late breakfast this morning.

Good Morning to all,
Well we are on day 2 of this cruise. We are at Sea today. I am just about ready to head to breakfast and then to the Meet and Mingle.
Today I will also be looking into next December Cruise.
Will get some photos posted later

Well the first day is done. It was a good day today. Check in was very quick. I was parked and in my room in about 40 minutes. Note I did park at Park N Go.
Well got my room all set up then went to the Muster Drill. After that then it was Sail Away time. Once again I went up to the Helipad
Here we are as we are leaving the Terminal
Getting ready to head down the channel and out to the Atlantic
Had dinner at Chops this evening. Once again I had a great meal in Chops
After that it was time for the Welcome Aboard Show. Seemed like they had a new dance number figured into the show. Then we had the comedy stylings of Scott Henry
Finally I went to Music Trivia and walked around deck and then finally retired for the evening.
Till Tomorrow everyone.

Well it is time for another Live from another one of my cruises.
Tomorrow I depart on the Serenade of the Seas on a great 11 night Cruise. This will be a true solo cruise as I have no family members traveling with me on this cruise
Sorry for not posting much but things in my life have become interesting in the last few months as I have fallen in love with a great gal that is from San Fran. Hopefully I can install my cruise influence on her as we go foreward with our relationship.
Unfortunatly my true love is not on this cruise as this cruise was booked before we even met. This will be the most difficult solo cruise that I have done. I will do my best to do a "Live From" on this cruise.
Till tomorrow my friends in the Cruise Critic world. I will travel the day of from my home in Central FL.
For those of you that have followed me Thank You. I am sorry that I have not posted lately but I have fallen in Love with a gal from CA.
Well Tomorrow I will be travelling from my place to FLL. Should be about 3.5 to 4 hours of travel with stops.
See everyone tomorrow on the Serenade of the Seas.

Thanks Donna for keeping the list for 5 years. I will be subscribing to the new list that Joe has set up. Your list has been a great tool to see who the Cruise Director will be for my upcoming cruises.
Thanks again goes to Donna.

With all of the Wow band discussion on this thread.
I got the Wow band and paid $4.99 to get and I thought is was well worth it. This allowed me to keep my Sea Pass in my wallet ready to go onshore in the ports in the safe. This Wow Band allowed me to make purchases to my Stateroom and allowed me in my Stateroom. This band acted just like the Magic Bands that we have at Disney.
The Wow band was able to get drinks and such at the Bar. This was also able to get me in my room.
I hope this gets to the other ships in the future. I wish they did not include the Muster Station on the current Wow Band as now you cannot use the current WOW Band for a new cruise. Hopefully you can trade our but have not tried that option.
Hopefully they will foreward this to the other ships in the future.

Thanks for your review..
Just curious..why did you love eating at the mini bites for breakfast? I assume its less busy?
Yes it was less busy and that was where I ordered my omlet everyday.
-
I went to breakfast before I headed off the ship. After breakfast I had to take my last bit of photos of the other ships in port.
Here is a shot of the Hyatt in FLL where they have the webcam at.
Here are the condo's where they have the other webcam at.
Here is a shot of Celebrity as they were returning from their 80's cruise.
One last shot of Freedom at T29. I will be sailing Freedom next February on an 8-Day Eastern Caribbean.
I tried to do the Mobil Passport but with no luck as it just kept saying that it could not process at the current moment and to go to the regular line. Maybee next time.
In terms of getting off the Harmony it was the easiest that I ever had. I left the room around 0700 and was at the car and gone by 0740. There was no line to get off and no line at customs. Also the shuttle was there waiting as well.
Once I got back into Central Florida I headed to the Ballfields for an umpire clinic and then home
Thanks for joining me on this great cruise. My next Live from will be from Serenade in December unless something comes up sooner.
See everyone in December on Serenade

Good evening to all,

This morning I got up as we were entering into the channel
Here is Freedom going to T29
Here is a Princess ship
Here is Carnival heading in
Here is T18 which is Harmony's home

Great review! Who was your cruise director?
Bobby Brown was the cruise director
-
Ship - Harmony of the Seas
Deck - Deck 7
Stateroom # - 7130
Stateroom Category –
Starboard or Port Side - Port Side
Quiet Stateroom? (With comments on problems) – Yes
Was stateroom a connecting stateroom? - No
Balcony View - Give comments on view, noting if location of any obstructions was an issue. – I would call unobstructed as I have a clear view straight down to water with no Lifeboats in the way.
Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - Normal size
Was wind a problem? - No
If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? - No
Any specific problems with this cabin? - Balcony Door hard to lock but it can be done.
Any other comments? - This stateroom feels more open than other in its class on Oasis. Bathroom shower has a lot of room in it in my opinion

Well Good Evening to everyone
Well this is the last night on the cruise. This will be my last post till tomorrow morning as I am trying to get to bed at a reasonable hour because I plan on leaving first thing in the morning.
Here is our current position.
Well this week went by to fast as usual. Overall I had a great cruise and the staff has been fantastic. The one problem I saw was the Diamond Lounge as it was way to small for happy hour. Even though they used Jazz on 4 as overflow that even got full as well.
In terms of the Wow Bands I know there is debate out there about them but I liked the Wow Band. Whenever I was onboard the ship I used the Wow Band everywhere and left the Sea Pass Card in my wallet ready to go for Port of Call. The only issue came when I went to the Jazz on 4 for Diamond Lounge Overflow I had to show the gate keeper that my band worked on the DL Door as I do not carry the card.
I have to give my room a A+ as it seemed bigger than my room on Oasis. I think the shower is bigger as well. The room altogether felt more open.
Ports of call were the same that I have visited back in September and November so I got off just to walk around. Getting back to the ship in Cozumel felt like I was going thru TSA as I had to take my shoes and belt off. I even got patted down after the metal detector eventhough it did not go off.
Tomorrow I will be using the new App for the passport and I will report how that goes.
I am looking to be on the road by 0730 to get back home as I have to head to an Umpire Clinic and help out the afternoon session.
Talk with everyone tomorrow.

Great review! I'm enjoying your photos of a variety of places and your information.
I'm scheduled for my cruise on HOS April 29th on an Eastern Caribbean itinerary. Looking forward to it, despite some mixed reviews about the ship.
You mentioned some great sea/ocean views on top of the pool deck/deck 16 (Is that is by lounger chairs there?), There are Loungers all over Deck 16 and 15
the Solarium deck 14 (How do I access that?)The Solarium can be accessed by Deck 15 and 16. In the Solarium there are stairs to Deck 14. On Port and Starboard side there is access to the Bridge Wings.
and by the Sports Deck. (Is that deck 15 aft??) Yes it is Deck 15 Port side aft pool.
Do you know if there is an open air view/spot to take in the view of the wake of the ship at the aft end of deck 5/running track like there was on Oasis of the Seas? Yes on Deck 5 and you can see from Deck 15 aft as well
Do you have any other neat spots to see/investigate on the ship?
Just curious if you know where Muster station AO2 is located? Not sure. Thinking it is in the Theater on Deck 5
Hope to glean some of your knowledge.
Thanks in advance.
Happy cruising.

While up on Deck 15 I found that the Ultimate Abyss was open so I decided this was my one and only chance to go today.
In line for the Abyss
Looking down while in line then at the top of the line
Then it was time to go. It was a real nice ride down the slide. Hard to believe that I went 10 decks below to the Board Walk
Well now it is time to head to the Diamond Lounge for the last night and Dinner.
-
Here are some more pics from the show. There was a lot of diving during the show.
While exiting the Boardwallk they had some musicians playing
After that I went to deck 15 to check things out
-
Now it was time for lunch where I went to the Solarium Bistro. Had a good lunch as I was on my way to the Aqua Theater
It was now time to check out the show Hideaway Heist. This was a comedy aqua show
Here are some more photos from the show
-
Now it is time for the backstage tour.
I entered the theater and sat with my friends in the front row.
The ship is still on the stage from last night. Columbus the Musical was created by RCCL and the first Musical that the cruise line as created.
Here is a look at the set for Grease.
This is the same camera that was used for Hairspray when it was on Oasis.
Here is where the Harmony of the Seas Orchestra performs during the shows.
Here is a view looking out to the audience at the Theater.

Good afternoon to all,
Well this is the final Sea day turning into the evening. As typical I try to do as little as possible but still find a busy schedule thru the morning and afternoon.
This morning I went to breakfast at Mini Bites as I have everyday this cruise. After breakfast it was time for the Mini Golf tournament. This time I shot a 25 and was a shot out of placing in the top 3.
While on deck I was able to get a photo of Freedom of the Seas as she was heading back to FLL as well.
Then I returned to the room to get the reservation for the Theater tour.
At 1050 this morning this was our location
Then it was time to head to the Theater for the backstage tour.

The last ship from yesterday (with t he"C" on its funnel) departed while we slept and a new ship came in about 5:00 am and rotated in the turning basin as I was out on our balcony.
That was Enchantment of the Seas dropping off its charter cruise before returning to Miami
-
After Dinner it was time to head back to the Theater to see Columbus The Musical. This was one of the better production shows that I have seen on Royal. It had some great music and a story line with a different ending that you would not expect. Below are pics from the show.
Well that is all for tonight. Tomorrow is the final day at Sea. This cruise on Harmony as gone to fast.
-
When I got off the ship I checked out Margaritaville which just opened a few months ago
Then wandered the shops of the new and old sections. I ended up at Pepe's Pier Beach Bar which is right by the port
After I got on board I had lunch in the Windjammer then took a rest in the room before heading to the pool area for taking in the water slides.
Then it was time for dinner.
