On the ship now...enjoyed the brunch. My fav items were the French toast and the West Indian bread pudding! Steak and eggs were good but steak was overdone.

Hi all, I was at OC yesterday. Yes the Lighthouse beach was still closed:( So we ended up walking to South Beach. It was about 10 min walk.Still close to buffet 😋. Buffet was great! umbrellas to rent was $29 USD. Ps. The water was beautiful but as other ppl reported ...my family and others did say they felt a little bit itchy after getting out of the water. This morning I noticed 2 tiny bumps on my arms. There was also 2 jellyfish I saw while I was getting into the water.

Are other beaches available?

I'm visiting OC soon...so are there certain beaches to avoid getting "itchy?" Planning to go to the beach right beside where the ship docks.

And how was the food on ocean cay BTW? Ps. SO HAPPY to know you enjoyed the brunch!!

Hi all, For those cruisers who have sailed on the meraviglia what did you love about the ship? I'm doing the cruise itinerary that goes to Port Canaveral, Nassau and Ocean Cay.

Also what is best place to get the Uber driver to drop off us off at Cocoa beach?

Good to know! Do you remember approximately how much it costs one way? The ship's tour is $70 a person to Cocoa beach!
