I know the app is notoriously messed up, but I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix this:

When I sign into the app, I see our upcoming cruise but no reservations. My husband can see everything on his app.

The app tells me the only person I am linked to is myself, but when I try to add my husband, it says that I have exceeded the number of reservations I can link to (I haven't linked any).

Any suggestions? I really do not want, as the app suggests, have to go to Guest Relations when I board! 😁

I have the same problem.  No idea how to fix it.

Looks like Italy has now gone to a negative test required 2 days before instead of 1! The Celebrity website has been updated. They keep saying a negative antigen test is required. I sure hope they still accept a PCR. Not sure why they wouldn’t, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

Still says 1 day on the X app

Right, so I should assume they will be giving her the Classic alcohol package?  I read elsewhere that Celebrity doesn't give alcohol packages to those under 21 but it's possible the writer was not thinking of cruises outside of North America.

We have a responsible 19 year old.  We just want to know what to expect.

My daughter was 18 and had a classic package. No problems.

  4. Just heard from Celebrity re the premier pass and was told the following:

On embarkation day, you can go through the priority pass embarkation line.  Your SeaPass will have special treatment allowing you to enter the priority line on port days.  You will receive special luggage tags on the last night of the cruise to ensure your priority debarkation.  The pass is for 2 guests in a stateroom.

  5. Just heard from Celebrity re the discrepancy on the invoice.  They say:

I can confirm that you will receive £130.29pp free gratuities with your cruise.

As the cruise is over a years in advance our system has not been updated with the minus about of £130.29pp which need to be applied to this booking to balance out the cost of the gratuities.

The nearest we have is £120.83pp which we have applied to the booking, and this will be updated & change to the correct amount once that amount is loaded onto the system, we have been advise that this could be in early 2020

    So no gratuity charge.

  6. Just received the following information regarding the priority pass from Celebrity.

  7. I have booked the Eclipse transatlantic cruise on 29 October 2016; however, traditional 6pm dining, my personal preference, is on a wait list and I have been allocated select dining.

It is hard to believe that 6pm traditional dining is booked up so far in advance and wonder if Celebrity are trying to ensure the gratuities are paid upfront for select dining before considering allocating me traditional dining.

I am happy to pay gratuities upfront, but not to pay so far in advance. Nevertheless, I would like confirmation so far in advance that my preferred dining option is available.

I have contacted Celebrity and I am waiting for a reply.

Has anyone else had experience of this?

  8. Ship - Equinox

    Deck - Continental

    Cabin # - 6216

Class – Deluxe OV with Verandah

Starboard or Port Side - Starboard

    Bed near? Balcony

Quiet Cabin– No noise at all, despite being in a high traffic area.

Balcony View - Storage box for life jackets under the window, but not a problem.

Balcony Size? Normal for class. On the hump. 180 degree views.

    Was wind a problem? No

If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? This is a midship cabin.

Any specific problems with this cabin? No. In fact, this cabin is low down midship and had a lot less movement than other areas of the ship. It is also very near elevators and stairs, Celebrity Central, Cafe al Bacio and access for other areas of the ship.

Any other comments? I was very happy with this cabin's location and steward.
