I used to get all my casino offers online under my offers then after complaining to them 2 years ago , I stopped getting them and now they are telling me I am in a Regional restriction ??????? *** is a regional restriction ? Has anyone else on the planet ever heard of such a thing? So now I have to manually email them to get an offer and they are always different . Sometimes I don't have one sometimes they are $300 with premiere . If I don't email them I don't get them so If I don't follow cruise critic and see when premiers ect are out I would never get an offer because they never notify me!!!

     

    A little background I have cruised 21 times with Carnival and spend between $2-4000 every cruise in the casino . I cruise 2-4 times a year . I qualified for a Ultra 3 years ago but now they are telling me I don't qualify even though I have cruised more and spent more time and money ?? I live in Ontario Canada and both my adult children reside with me . BOTH OF THEM who are also big time cruisers get casino offers online under their offers and they live in the same residence??? So how is that they can get offers online but I am in a regional restriction ?? I am just looking for suggestions . Not bashing like this site seems to do . I love carnival and cruising and I know people are going to say try another cruise line but right now it is more the principle than anything . I want to know if anyone knows who I can talk to about this issue besides Michael at Ocean players club . And please don't say that John guy !! LOL !
