That’s too bad.we have kids but it’s wrong when  some people openly flaunt breaking rules.I never understood why?when too many kids pile up in hot tub relaxation is gone

we are not looking for money just consideration as price has dropped.

thats exactly what i am saying.future cruise dept on ship are employed by Hal.

Now they are not respecting their own words.I didnot make up brochure.I have it here in my hand.I am not even after price adjustment.I just want some extra perks for what i was told and given in writing.

Now they are passing the buck between Hal and T/A

someone has to take resposibility.customer should not be a fall guy.

We love cruising with Hal.I think they should be clear in their dealing with customers

I tried calling our TA but she says Hal cant do anything after final payment.I tried talking to Hal but guy called RJ from Hals corporate office who was extremely rude to us.I was surprised and shocked because usually most of the people from crusiline are so good and helpful.we are being shuttled from agent to hal and both are passing the buck.

Would it help if i send email to hals CEO?

We are very happy with cruiseline.just that we are seniors and wirking with limited budget and dont like to pay more if we can help it.

We booked our cruise on board and paid final price through agent.

Holland america told us on board if price drops they will adjust it.Our agent says they never adjust price once you pay full price.

How do we get adujustment if price drops?

You asked about boxed wine and how someone got it into their cabin. So.... you were aware that it was an issue having it onboard. ;)

 

A quick search on the HAL website (first entry when I entered a search on 'wine') would have told you boxed wine is not allowed to be brought on board.

 

Sounds to me like you were looking for ways to smuggle it onboard - and now you are upset when people respond about the facts. :rolleyes:
