One of my booked future cruises has been cancelled but I can’t even look at my booked cruises to see my options. I also have no access to C&A, I am a very disappointed Diamond Plus. No reply to my email and no help from RCL. Cancelling all upcoming reservations and booking on Norwegian instead from now on. Quality has dropped on the ships also and communication has always been terrible. All they care for is the profit and not customer satisfaction. My money goes somewhere else from now on.

I went from loving RCL to absolutely hating them. As a Diamond Plus I have watched quality and service to take a big dive and the nickel and diming is getting worse. Now the website won't let me access my future cruise's details. Can't negotiate through the RCL website anymore. So I have booked on other cruise lines and plan to cancel all future cruises with RCL.

Back to Back cruising on RCL, can I keep my chips and use them for Part 2 of the B2B cruise...

Yes RCCL's recent free gratuities offer is a scam. I looked up a cruise on a website that stated "free gratuities" and called the cruise travel agent to book it. They put me on hold and came back saying RCCL says I do not get free gratuities on it. We went back and forth several times and even with print outs and screen shots RCCL will not honor it. Then I looked up several online travel sights and all are offering the same free gratuities. I decided to book it online from costcotravel.com and they confirmed the free gratuities. Then I find out RCCL wont honor it even though my receipt says so. It's not the first time RCCL has lied to me. Last time I was on the ship already when I found out that I didn't get what they had promised. I have cruised enough be make Diamond Plus after the next cruise. I guess since they don't honor their offer I will opt out of gratuities and I will not book any excursions with them either. I will cancel the next 3 pre-booked cruises with them also, sad I really liked it on their ships.
