Due to regulations in Bermuda, which would have hindered our guest experience, we have cancelled our call to Royal Naval Dockyard. Knowing this change may disappoint some, we’ve replaced this visit with a relaxing day at sea and an exciting new stop in Ponta Delgada, Azores on October 31st.Ponta Delgada is the gateway to the lush nature of São Miguel, take in the sights or enjoy a wine tasting while experiencing all that the Azores have to offer. Rome to FLL Oct. 24 on the Edge

Are the items (beer) in the refrigerator free if you have the drink package or are we best to have room steward empty the contents…. It is best to know in advance…

Thank you for the info. I will sit down and make some reservations.

We are planning our second cruise with Celebrity in October. We were part of the latest Lift and Shift and were unable to get our preferred category. As we are not travelling Aqua Class this time, the dining options are somewhat confusing for a Newbie. We will be on the Edge and they have slotted us for Select dining at 6 o’clock. What exactly does this mean? Also does anyone have the costs for the Specialty Dining?

We have sailed NCL frequently and in balcony or mini-suite cabins. We have never been snubbed by passengers or crew, ever.. We are not in the most expensive cabins, and have never been able to secure Vibe passes. We have enjoyed pools and outside areas, and have made lifelong friendships. If you are travelling on the large ships, you are going to wait in lines, etc. We have found adjusting our times eliminate a lot of “waiting”. Enjoy your cruise.

Will be cruising on Reflection shortly, is there anywhere to get chicken wings as a snack mid afternoon or evening..... if cold beer is also available, that would be bonus...

We had booked a veranda with drink package and gratuity, converted to a Aqua Class with 4 perks, and will receive $100. Cash return, good deal in my opinion

We will be cruising on the Reflection this Fall,, following various strands, comments are made referring to eating at restaurant “A”, then “B”,, must question can someone give me clear direction and to what eating options are included without a surcharge. I fully suspect the surcharged restaurant meals are great...Only interested in direction as what facilities are FREE.

Thank you. We like the flexibility of eating when we want, usually with new friends we meet. We don’t necessarily know in advance.

We are used to NCL’s My time dining. No reservations are necessary. As this is our first Celebrity cruise, do we need to make reservations for Select dining? I am confused to say the least.

We are going from Celebrity cruise port to National Car rental location. From others experience is it better to go to FLL or other closer National location,, if so which address... if direct to FLL I have read a shuttle is not provided, is a taxi best way to go....Thanking everyone in advance

Spice on the Star is nothing like the Epic. There are a couple of hot tubs overlooking the aft of the ship. It is completely covered. There are couches, chairs, bar high tables and chairs, etc. It is a very quiet area.

A few years ago as I was talking to bartender he paused to serve a customer who had just gotten two drinks in the last few minutes, he had two ubp cards to show, but was now up again to get two more drinks totally different from the previous two.. I must have had a weird look on my face..bartender said let me explain, they are a group of 4 in two cabins, two with ubp two without, those with, get thedrinks for those without,,, they split the cost of the package and both drink... The bartenders know what is happening, but they need proof for security to deal with this scam.. most people are honest..

We were in aft 12314 on a Transatlantic twice. Loved it.

I am looking to book a last minute cruise on Norwegian. My husband and I wanted to try NCL, as we have always been Carnival cruisers. As I was looking at the message boards here, it seems as if there are a lot of hidden fees for restaurants and entertainment?! Plus you have to make reservations for entertainment? I am trying to figure out whether it is worth it. Someone please help me clarify this!!! :) :):):):)
We have done numerous NCL CRUISES. No hidden fees to speak of from my point of view..fees for top end shows, yes, but what would u pay to see compareable where you live. Pre booking reservation, yep because the entertainers prefer a full house, To many people pre book then are no shows... it is your choice if u want to pay for a specialty restaurant or show, no “hidden” cost

None are at POM. :(
But several are in nearby downtown Miami, including Hertz and Avis, and usually offer shuttles, or taxi to them for about $12+ or Uber for under $10
And National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer shuttles between their MIA airport location and POM (show the driver your reservation papers). If you get a good deal from someone else at MIA a taxi from POM will cost $27+tip or you can Uber for just under $20
Where do get the free National ride to MIA,,, We have a party of four...

Dominica and St. Maarten were both severely damaged during the hurricane. Rebuilding will take time.

We have sailed the Epic four times. We enjoy relaxing in Spice H2O. They do enforce the age limit. It is an adult area!
Cocoa Beach Shuttle beware
in Florida Departures

On a recent use of their service I booked a shuttle to go from Days Inn to the Port for a private shuttle for 6, I was quoted a price for the shuttle without incident and sent a confirmation for a 10:30 pickup so as to be slightly ahead of rush to get checked in..
At 10:30,,, no shuttle, I rechecked confirmation, yep everything looked in order.. 10:35 I had callto re verify.. everything was in order,,,, according to whoever answered phone , 10:40 I called and to my surprise here is where things took a turn the wrong direction…I was told that they do not book private shuttles to port and whoever took reservation did not know what they were talking about…and had not right booking a private shuttle.. I was then told our shuttle would be there momentarily,,,,,, a shared shuttle arrived and called my name party of 6. The driver said he was overbooked, but would make it work… a gentleman forgot something at the previous stop and ran back to retrieve as we waited to get a seat.. To make it work a young man had to sit on his fathers lap,, we arrived at port finally around 11:10,,,,, not impressed as lobby had way more guests then I expected….I have sent 4 emails to Cocoa Beach shuttle to see why the mixup. And no reply….This is the reason for my post….
