Just booked out first Elite cruise! So excited! It comes with a free excursion. We are going to Nassau, Half Moon Cay (my favorite!) and Freeport. Will I be able to pick any excursion? Cost limit? Do they pick? Offer also mentions free gift. Is this the same as the platinum gift I already get? Something different? Can't seem to find any information. 

Sailing on the Mardi Gras in 3 weeks and tested positive for COVID this week. The website says a document of recovery  can be used instead of having a COVID test and "consists of a paper or electronic copy of the positive viral test result from a certified laboratory (dated no more than 90 days prior to the sailing date).   Is that all you need? Has anyone used this recently?

Does anyone know if inside rooms have a mini fridge on the Liberty? We were thinking about ordering some water.

The tournament is Sept 22 on the magic out of Port Canaveral. You can enter without the invitation but it will cost you $500. I also have a voucher if anyone is interested.

Cabin was super noisy. Music from the lobby so loud that the beds were vibrating. This went on past midnight every night. It felt like a speaker was directly under the room. It was loud enough that it was difficult to hear the TV.

You'll be fine! Just off the Splendor and we had a party of 8......Only had to wait one evening (and it was less than 20 minutes) :)

Just off the Splendor and I was able to use Facebook messenger to text home. I was also able to make calls (voice and video.....although the video chats had a "lag" to them) using Facebook messenger. I have AT&T and an android. My friend has an iPhone and her iMessage stopped working 1/2 way through the cruise.

I am wondering how your cruise went. Hope you had a great time. Did you have any trouble? I know some one in a similar situation. Please respond if you can as her cruise is coming up soon. Thanks

We had a blast! No problems getting on the ship and we were able to get off in Canada without any trouble at all. hope your friend has a good time :)

Miracle cabin 6348 (8A balcony) is above the casino.....You could hear the slot machines all the time!

I've heard it's different going by cruise ship....I've searched everywhere and been unable to find a case of someone being denied boarding

Thanks! Only worried about embarkation. If we have to stay on the ship in Canada it's really no big deal. We just did San Juan, St Thomas and Grand Turk last month. Chose this cruise since it was cheaper than a weekend in NCY for our anniversary (we got a balcony for the price of 2 nights in a decent New York hotel! :D

The hubby has 2 DUI convictions....1st when he was 21 and the second at 29...the first was technically "continued without a finding". He is 45 now and hasn't had a drink in 16 years. I booked a cruise to Canada not knowing the rules (stupid i know) :eek: Is he going to be denied boarding or just have to remain on the ship in new Brunswick? We leave in 3 weeks (from Boston) so too late to "apply" for anything. I've read the threads...I need someone who's cruised with these circumstances to help! Has anyone been denied boarding before???
