How does program work on embarkation day for the Splendor out of NY? Website says Cheers can't be purchased until in international waters, with that being the case is it worth buying the first day?

Chips was at Malting bar when we were on in March. He's the best!

Just off on June 8th, they also had specialty beers available at night in the Oceanview Cafe where they served the fresh OJIBWA in the morning. They had about 8 different international beers, the bar server said they were seeing which ones would more to decide the ones they would continue.

Leaving this week for the 4th year in a row on the Summit for Bermuda, the DW and myself enjoy the ship and her crew as much as we like the island itself. We've sailed RCCL, Carnival and Norweign and we prefer Celebrity with the Summit being our favorite ship although we haven't been on an S class ship yet, planned for next year. I'm sure you'll enjoy the Summit.

EMMDM1 the first sea day was cold even though the sun was out and it was windy, the cover over the pool and water being heated made this area very busy with kids and adults alike. The ship itself wasn't bad at all as far as the temperature, when the automatic doors open the wind was bad however.

Margaritaman enjoyed your review, the DW and myself were on the Pride in February and we also booked the Sept. 22nd cruise, I think the itinerary is better IMHO. Looking forward to another great cruise on the Pride out of Baltimore.

Thanks for the detailed drinks list, just wondering if you have any information about the wines served by the glass. As long as there $10 or under there included with the package if I'm correct.

Thanks Leslie for the great news that Troy will be on the Explorer in April, we are leaving on the 26th. It would've been great if Matt Yee was still going to be the piano player for our cruise and Troy was working the schooner bar but that would be to much to ask, it looks as though Matt Yee departs as we get on. If its possible would you be able to find out what bar Troy will be at for our cruise, I know sometimes they work the shows so we make sure we see him and ask how Matt's shows were and say hi.

DW and I will be on the April 26th sailing, wondering if a bartender by the name of Troy from Trinidad is still on the ship, he was great, went to the Crown-n-kettle every night.
