Hi, are crepes available on Wonder of the seas in the Windjammer?

some people say the food in the WJ is terrible and others say it is good.

i know it is subjective but such a range of answers!  Lol.

My first cruise was on Royal Caribbean over 20 years ago.

I have since taken 8 cruises with celebrity and Oceania.They used to announce activities on a loudspeaker into your room.

i hated that! I only experienced that on RC. The other lines announced in the hall way which wasn’t as loud.

please tell me they have stopped loud announcements directly into your room. If not can you at least turn it off?

We are travelling with our 3 grandchildren.

We are not buying any drink packages for anyone.

is milk free only at breakfast? Or can you get free milk for lunch and  dinner as well for the kids?

another question. People say there is only a cooler in the room, no fridge. We are going to be on Wonder of the seas.

hard to believe no fridge in room. Is the cooler just like a picnic cooler? Wouldn’t leave milk there for the day.

Someone we re travelling with said he read that you have to wear dress shoes for the MDR.

i said I read you can wear sneakers. Seems the dress code has gone very casual. Is it correct you can wear jeans, sneakers ( runners) and a nice shirt for the MDR.

Someone on a different board said that ships have a drink card available for $99. good for 10 alcoholic drinks. This is suppose to be available on the first day. It is a drink card that gets punched after each drink. Has anyone heard of this? Is it true? Thank you.

What is the difference between check in time and boarding time? I thought they were the same.

We are scheduled to board the ship at 1:30 p.m.

I understand there is laser tag( or laser something) on wonder of the seas. It is available two days a week on the ice rink.

does anyone know how to reserve this? It isn’t on entertainment or onboard activities. I think a person or group has to reserve ahead of 

time.

I thought we could make reservations for the ice show, water show, main theatre shows, the month before the cruise.

my daughter says we can’t reserve until we are physically on the ship. Is this correct?

coincedently I was looking at The North Face yesterday at a mall and noticed they were made in

vietnam. I thought I would wait and see if I might run into stores carrying the product there. Thank you so much, also thanks re the eye glasses info.

We will be sailing from Hong Kong to Singapore in 2 weeks on the Muse.

will it be possible to buy local currency on the ship?

if not is it best to go to an ATM and get local currency?

i would use my credit card for anything substantial but for

trinkets we would need local cash. Correct me if I am wrong.

We are in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bangkok and Singapore.

i am mainly concerned with Vietnam and Bangkok.
