I have trouble to open Cruisecritic app on the android phone. I uninstall the old one and installed again, but i never could pass login screen. Always got error message - network is unavailable.  Anybody has the same problem? How to deal with it? Thank you in advance.

Desperately need advise from CC members. We usually buy only medical insurance from Geoblue prior to our cruise. Our credit card has a sufficient coverage for trip cancellation/delay etc. Yesterday I found out that GeoBlue are not covered NY anymore. On insuremytrip I found IMG and on square mouth I found Trawick international, I do not know what to chose. Looking for advise what medical insurance we could/should buy. Thank you.

We did Vilshofen to Budapest on Gate 1 last week. We had to get off the boat at Bratislava and we’re bussed to Budapest from there. Guess you have to be flexible when things like this happen that are beyond your control. Gate 1 provided some nice perks and tried very hard to make our extra time in Budapest great!

Looks like we are doing the same cruise as you with Gate1 starting August 21 in Vilshoven . Please share what Gate1 did when sailing was not possible. What kind of perks did you received? Thank you very much for information - it will be nice to know what to expect. Irina

We used Best Guides when we were in SP 3 years ago and they are Perfect!!! Highly recommended.

Don’t know why you’re all wondering about Jewel!? Apart from one sailing in June 2019, all other Med sailings are open for booking. At least I could book every cruise on her.

You will get triple travel points using Chase Sapphire Reserve on board of the ship for all your on board expenses, including purchase in the store and gratuities, everything. Done this - work as a charm.

Exactly. During the last several months the price of my EZ air dropped about 4 times. Each time I call Princess to get the adjustment, they tell me seating remained the same. They didn’t and neither did the airline locator numbers. It was not a problem to go to the airline (in this case it was 2 different airlines) and select new seats. Saving money more important than a little inconvenience. I love EZ air. Nothing like it on other cruise lines.

Thank you very much for replies. What is the email addresses for Princess corporate head quarters and/or Jan Swartz office? Sometimes it's take a long long while for cruise company to notify cruisers of the change. By sending email to the top we could speed up a process.

On roll call for Emerald Princess sailing in South America starting on January 31, 2018 there is a talk that embarkation port changed from Valparaiso to Saint Antonio. Valparaiso cruise terminal does not have Emerald on list of the ships visiting that port too in 2018. Cruisers from sailing contacted Princess representatives, but got a message that nothing change. Whom we need to talk to clarify the situation? 100000000 thanks in advance for your help. Irina
