  1. Call and ask for the promotion department and tell them about the price change and see if they will change it. If not you can cancel your reservation without a penalty with the casino rate if before the final payment.

  2. We were in 2277 in September and the balcony was unusable. There is some type of fan that runs continuously day and night that vents sewer smell. I thought it was the vent from the ships incinerator. They burn the sludge from the sewage on the ship. We did not complain but we should have. The room location was good and the room was good but the balcony was not.

  3. When you get on the ship take the gift card to guest services and have it applied to his room account. Go to the casino and insert ship card into slot machine and hit the charge the room option and put in how much you want to charge the room(the amount of the gift card). Then cash out to ship card and take to the cashiers cage in the casino and tell them you want to cash out the winnings on the card. They will give you cash and then he can play tables. No 3% fee to cash out at the slot machine or cashier cage.

  4. I booked a casino rate and two weeks later it went down so I called up the promotions department and they lowered it no questions asked. Also, final payment is not due yet and I could cancel with no penalty charged and rebook if there is a lower price. Not sure after final payment is due if I would be able to cancel with no penalty.
