I've tried several times. They told me there can only be one casino offer on a reservation so it has never worked for me.

I’m not referring to the bidding process. I paid $899 for BX. The rate dropped to $799 and then the MX dropped to $899. My question is- can we be moved to a mini suite guarantee since that is the price we paid? (Or since we’re past final payment I know they do 25% of the difference in OBC) I also know this is a one time deal they can change. My TA is telling me they already upgraded me to a BA but he doesn’t understand that was just our original room assignment. And we were assigned way before the price dropped.

My TA, who is awful by the way, has been arguing with me over this. I’ve done it in the past so I don’t know if it’s new policy or if he’s just lazy/incompetent. I booked a balcony sail away rate and prices dropped $100 and the mini suite sail away is now the price we paid. I got my room assignment pretty quickly and was assigned a BA room, which is a huge upgrade from a basic balcony I know. When I called him to tell him of the price drop he told me he’s look into it. He called me back and told me we were already upgraded and they couldn’t give us the mini suite or the OBC difference. I told him we weren’t upgrade but were ASSIGNED since we didn’t have a room prior to this. (The room was assigned before the price dropped as well) We are past final payment but like I said I’ve done this before. Has anyone ever upgraded to a mini suite or received the OBC successfully? Thanks!

We booked our December Escape cruise back in January and got a great deal on a balcony. Prices have more than doubled! This will be my first cruise I didn't get upgraded for price drops...is there still hope?! Please tell me there is =D

But on the standard page it shows 1207 reviews so that makes me doubt.
I hoped this was the Intercontinental.
For what date did you book and do you remember what amenities etc. it showed?
Thanks so much for your help!
Did you book this hotel? Was it in fact Intercontinental? I'm working on my hotel now I can't find anything less that $350 for one night! So I'm trying Hotwire

You want your room ready first but you want to stay in it late before you debark? It won't be very clean then... I guess you can dream =)

If you purchase the package in port you will also pay sales tax

Hi I'm booked on a cruise in December in a balcony where the first 2 passengers are $899 and my 2 year old daughter is free. How would I watch for price drops in this particular case? I also booked with the Ultimate Beverage Promotion, so if it does drop would I lose that? It's been awhile, sorry and thank you for the help!

I can't find the kids sail free promotion, where did you see it?

hey everyone!
We're leaving on the breakaway Sunday, any last minute tips or advice? We're going to Florida and the Bahamas, no excursions planned...yet... HELP!!!

Can anyone give me any insight to temperature of meat served? Can you specifically ask for rare meat or is it all cooked the same way? We will be on the breakaway if that matters... Thanks so much!

Multiple apps/entrees in the MDR?

On Anthem in March, for us everything had to be served one at a time. Absolutely no way around this and it was very frustrating. However, we just got off Liberty and found the exact opposite, if we wanted 2 apps they were served together or on one plate if it was the same, entrees were put together, they were much more accommodating! I would say it depends on the ship/staff.
