Because we like to have refreshments for sail away on our balcony. We don't do cattle call food when we board. That is not our idea of how to start a great vacation. ... thats why.

At least Delta is addressing the problem. Hopefully other airlines and cruise lines will follow. It is a good first step in controlling the ever growing animal population on planes.

On a recent flight, I had to sit next to a dog(definitely not a service dog). 8 hours of him wining and taking over some of my space was not right. There were no empty seats on the plane for me to move to. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do about it.

On June 5 2017 a support dog on a

Delta flight from Atlanta to San Diego bit the face of the passenger sitting next to him. This support dog was sitting on his owners lap. If you check this on the web, you will see the pics of the poor passengers face. They report the weight of the dog at 30 to 50 lbs. The time for change is now.

Booked and X guarantee and ended up with a great D6 balcony on deck 11. Two other couples did this with us and one ended up near our cabin, but the other was at the opposite end of the ship. We were able to move them to a room near us also. All three cabins were D6.

Saved a lot of money doing this and we all agree that we would do it again.

Another thing I forgot to mention:

 

iMessage is completely free when you are on the cruise. You can text as much as you want (to people on the ship and on land) without spending a penny. I was one of the suckers who bought wi-fi as soon as we boarded, but after I turned it off, I kept getting texts. I went to guest services to ask if I was getting charged and they said no, it is completely free. I was pissed that I spent money just to text when it was free all along. Sending audio messages works, too, and you still get notifications from every app. You just cannot use them. Do not buy the wi-fi unless you absolutely need to.

We are a family of 16 going on the Breakaway to Bermuda..........we usually sail Rccl. Does the Breakaway have anything like Rccl's Quest game? When are the fireworks, and when is the white party? We love to participate in these adventures. We are looking forward to the slides and rope course on this ship.

Any hints, would be appreciated.

Just got off this wonderful ship yesterday....we are a group of seniors who had a ball on liberty. We did quest, dancing with the stripes, played trivia,saw Saturday night fever, saw a wonderful ice skating show, danced to Latin music in boleros, went to the white party in the promenade, attended a seventies party, and saw all of the shows. There were 12 in our group....life is what you make it, but we all had a ball

Have three inside cabins booked for the October 2016 sailing.....have to cancel one.....do you know if we have to pay a fee?

We are on the 2/2/15 sailing and have booked Mama Mia for 6:00 pm. on the first day.

So glad I will no longer spend so much time in the smoker's section. 4 years Nicotine free and will never look back.
