We sailed on Rhapsody in January and loved it. She is an older style but seemed to me to be in good shape. The crew was outstanding and the food was very good. I would not hesitate to sail on her again.

I get they don't help and we don't need help. I just want to know if they just announce ok to go or do they make you go to a specific place and lead you out like the did when we were there. What is their procedure?

We were told to wait in the Piazza for our turn to get off. When we got there, there was an earlier group leaving. One entrance to the piazza was closed off and they had people coming in to wait pulling luggage while they were leading people out with luggage - in and out in the same corridor with luggage going in both directions - not good. The logical way to do it would have been to have the first group going off with luggage going out one side and the second group entering the waiting area from the other side. They also had people crossing through the line pulling luggage. People were tripping over each other and falling and tempers were high. We take our luggage off on most cruise lines and have never had a problem like this even on Oasis class ships.

Does anyone know how Divina now handles disembarking pasengers who want to take their luggage off? We were on her 2 years ago and it was a disaster and very stupidly handled and I do not want to go through it again. Thanks
