Sorry to hear about your mis-hap.  When we were on in December/January, our friend fell in WC.  Staff rushed over to help and see if they were ok.  Hope you received same response from staff.

Staff people helped me to my table right away and I assured them I was ok.  8 meter waves for 24 hours haven’t helped.  The sea can be a cruel mistress.

On the 4 May Summit cruise, the soft serve was never available for the entire cruise. Sometimes, even Chocolate and Vanilla regular ice cream were  not available in the Oceanview.

Every question asked on the ship, was always answered with the same reply :   “Supply Chain issues”.

Just as long as he properly supervises the footmen and irons my Daily Times of London, I will be satisfied.[emoji13]

  4. Great! The food, dining room staff and weather were wonderful.

I only want the Millennium to be sure that the problem is corrected and the passengers are safe, nothing else. If the washing machine is malfunctioning, that would be a good thing to fix. If the food handlers need more training on food handling, so be it. I'm getting the feeling from these flames that no good deed goes unpunished.

  5. We just left the Celebrity Millennium yesterday after a wonderful Alaskan cruise. We wanted to warn everyone that my wife bit on a glass shard in the Muesli in the Aqua Cafe on the third day of last week and reported it to the staff. (see Photo) To date we have not heard anything back from them. We don't know if it was an accident or what. My advice is to stay away from this eating venue until Celebrity investigates.

  6. We were also involved in this bus fiasco. The experience was horrible, including a near disaster on the escalator when there was a back up at the bottom with passengers continuing to stack up on one another while the flow from the top continued unabated. Someone finally hit the emergency stop switch tossing us around, but saving serious injury. There were no toilet facilities in this isolated area and we were

stuck there for over an hour waiting for buses arriving at glacial speed. I will never use this service again. The captain needs to concentrate more on the safety of the passengers than on his comedy routines.

  7. Although this recently posted information is essentially correct, I would caution that those with mobility issues may have problems traversing some of the single board dock walkways from the ship to the shore. Also Angkor Wat tours require quite a bit of physical agility. There are few hand holds and the steps in the structure are large. Some elderly people on our tour accepted their limitations and just sat outside the temple.
