  1. We had the Beach Club booked in Sept 2020 for $72.99 then it went on sale for $63.99 of course the cruise was canceled...
My next cruise to CocoCay after the restart was with my Sister in May 2022. The prices were about $150-$175. She wasn't interested and I wasn't thrilled with the pricing.
My Next cruise going to CocoCay is next month. It has been hovering around $250 With the BF Sale at $175.

As much as I tried to justify it, I couldn't!!
When I told my DH about it he said It is not worth it!!

I tried one in a store didn't like it. I did have a wheel chair to go out shopping.  But the knee scooter was the best for me. I was in a car accident and broke my hip, femur and shattered my heel. The heel is the thing that made me not be allowed to walk. I had to stay off it COMPLETELY like not even let it TOUCH the floor for 3 months. So the bones would adhere to the plate. If I put pressure on it I could have shifted the plate. Uggg worse experience ever lol.

I had an infection in my femur... The type of infection normally migrates to a pinkie or toe. Lucky me, instead of the smallest bone, it was in the largest 😢 Minutes before the surgery, the doctor said you either promise me you will not touch your toe on the ground until I say so or I put you in a body cast!! He said it would be about 3 months. Of course, I promised and he put me in a full-length brace
3 months came and went... as did 6 months and a year. I was able to touch my toes down with crutches and the brace 19 months after the surgery!!
Scooters were not a thing to rent back then and the brace was locked in position so my only options were a wheelchair and/or crutches!!

I was in a boot after shattering my heel. The scooter wasn't a thing I liked too bulky  and I hated using the wheel chair. However a knee scooter was a life saver. Just don't be a dare devil on it or you'll wind up on your arsss...lol.

    Are you speaking from experience?

I am not supposed to walk long distances but I never wanted to get a scooter for a cruise. On a Family cruise, for my mother and her BFFs 80th B-day, we rented them both scooters.
One night I borrowed one when they were asleep... I had no issues going down the hall... nice and slow, but when I turned toward the promenade, I accidentally accelerated too fast (much faster than any I had used before) and I nearly fell on my arse!!
I found out quickly why my mom wasn't thrilled to use it. But when I turned the dial down for her, she was much happier!!

Can I ask what time you boarded we have. 12:30 boarding time. Was thinking about going earlier. Hoping they would let us on, there  are 7 of us. - thanks

You can go through the Check-in Process again when you get to the check-in time, if it is not earlier than what you have just exit out and try again the next day...

We did this a couple of times and it has worked. Can't say it will always work but it can't hurt to try 😄

People really should have a close look at a menu from 2018 and see not much has really changed.

Removing the Classics and not allowing substitutions is a HUGE Change!!

I was told my dietary restrictions were not significant enough for a substitution!!

BOGO is definitely NOT usable for Chefs Table (this is explicitly forbidden in the T&C).  I have no experience with TA vouchers so I won’t attempt that one but my generalized opinion is that BOGO and most likely any dining voucher would be useless in conjunction with the UDP.

Not sure what I was thinking... I knew the Chef's Table wasn't available with the BoGo,
Guess I shouldn't post when I am half asleep

  7. I have been talking with a few people and we have debated this question...
Please let me know if this is an opinion or if you have had any experience with either situation,
With the UDP the upgrade price for Chefs Table is a $49.99 surcharge.
If you have a Dining Voucher for 2 (From TA) Can you apply the Voucher for the Chef's Table?

    or
Diamond Plus BoGo... Could you apply the Chefs Table Surcharge with the BoGo?

Or are the BoGo and the Dining Voucher both worthless with the dining package

We generally buy the package (lowest level) as we prefer the upgraded coffees and bottled water and just do not like having to keep track!

You didn't say what your loyalty status is on Celebrity.
If you are Elite on Celebrity, you would be Diamond on Royal Caribbean, which would mean you can get 4 drinks per day up to $14/$15 (depending on the ship).
With that in mind, you may want to look at the Refreshment Package (everything the Deluxe has except alcohol)
