Sorry, I've searched all over but can't seem to find answers to two simple questions.

1. I didn't sign up for HIA when booking, but I assume I can still sign up at a later point, but where??  I don't see anything on the HAL site where I manage my trip. (Lots of other packages)

2. My trip isn't until July 2025, so are there ever any discounts on the HIA package? Black Friday, etc?

I don't think it's the  weather because it's still 2 weeks away.  I had wanted something other than the beach that day due to the large crowds but I couldn't find anything. We don't usually do ship excursions but I just don't feel comfortable with the time for a private company and getting to the mainland, hence our first ship excursion and it gets cancelled!

I ended up getting a day pass at the Westin and crossing my fingers that they limit the number of day passes they allow!

We had an excursion to Tulum ruins cancelled just now by Celebrity and I need to figure out what to do instead.  It's in two weeks and there are 8 ships in port that day.  So bummed, as I thought we were so smart to get a ship's excursion that day to avoid crowds:(

Any ideas??

Good to know.  I will check our timeline for the day and make sure we at least make it to Crystal.

I'm looking for a catamaran tour with snorkeling.  Rising son is full for the day we're looking at.  Any other good suggestions?

For those of you who have visited Crystal and Fantasy caves, was it worth it to do both caves or are they quite similar?  If you suggest only one, which was your favorite?

It looks to me like the classic package includes all non alcoholic drinks now.  It says zero proof frozen cocktails.  Anyone know if this includes smoothies?  It seems to me it would? 

I didn't notice more motion, however, like lettrich, you definitely hear the anchor!  Can't beat the price for the amount of room they offer though!  Have another one booked for March on the Reflection:)

I'm pretty sure we've eaten at LCG for lunch before but I can't access any reservations on line to do lunch. They all start at 6pm. Any suggestions?

My flights have changed and now thinking about flying home from Seattle vs Vancouver.  Would this be the best way to get to Seattle airport from Vancouver port?  I tried searching for a thread on a bus but I can't find it anywhere.

Not quite sure how it works. So if you purchase the casino slots free play offer for 49.99 you get an additional $5 to use?  How do you redeem your money?  Is it automatically put onto your card which you can then use in the casino?  And can you use it at anytime the casino is open?

I'm booked through Celebrity and it still says all you can eat.  Wonder if this will change as the crab feast is the part of the excursion we were really looking forward to.

I emailed Chilkoot to change my trip in Sept and they quickly reimbursed me the difference and scheduled me for the bus only trip.  Great service!!

If I purchase a non refundable cruise and the price goes down, is there a way to get the new price? It's only been a week since I booked so I haven't paid in full yet if that makes any difference.

Curious as to what they actually do when they renovate.  Is it the rooms or public areas or both?  We're on a late May 2020 cruise and I'd like to know what to expect.

So in past cruises I have left the usual $13.50pp (or whatever the amount was at that time) but then occasionally gave extra money to a few employees who really went out of their way to make our vacation special. I'm a little confused by some threads about whether or not this person gets to keep the money that was intended for them or do they have to put this additional tip into the pool? If they don't get to keep it would there be better ideas for additional tipping, i.e gift cards?
