Unfortunately when you change lines like we do mostly HAL NCL and Celebrity and only three so far and 4 future booked Carnival dont build up loyalty perks as fast as if only stayed with one line.

HAL counts cruise days and an extra point for every $300 spent on board.

NCL counts a point a day. NCL move up fast and have the best perks of any cruiseline I have seen.

We are 4 star on Holland and only done three short on Carnival. Have three more on carnival only as my wife gets amazing deals through the casino.

It should be between lines as all corporately owned .

Just back from Equinox in March our 5th time on it. Love Celebrity food and service was amazing and great entertainment. All lines have there plus and minus.

Got Volendam booked Oct 2025 45 day NYC to Europe.

I find both HAL and Celebrity a cut above NCL and Carnival but get what you pay for.

Was cheap to upgrade beverage package on Celebrity.

We are on a B2B on the Magic in Nov. Last night of first cruise would they know if i got booze on board for second leg and not have to buy a second beverage package?

We are on that cruise also. Booked flights and hotel months ago. Got a best western in nola for $400 a night staying two nights and staying three nights in Seattle.

WE booked in 2022 and doing the 19 nite b2b! 

So got the gratuities ,

Worst for gratuities is NCL now $20 pp a day.

I realize crew work hard .

We havent but I hear lots of passengers removing the gratuities now.

Oh i didnt realize was two prices. We are on Equinox next week and got wifi drinks and gratuities a 10 nite huge balcony room under $4000 seemed like a good deal.

Most promotions now have the drinkpackage when booking so the Elite cocktail hour is a mute point!

All cruiselines not as formal as years ago. The women seem to want to dress up more than the men.

See lots of black pants and golf shirts now vs the tux days and the suit and blazer.Most MDR no shorts at night

You may have to book each one on all the individual reservations. Not just yours. There should be a drop down menu to apply the comp meal.

I think they want you to sign in hopes you add an additional tip. From my understanding if you do the server doesnt get it all HALL takes 10% from it.

Even if you are comp a specialty meal they still give you a slip to sign.

Best deserts are the cakes at the coffee shop! After the first show we stop there for coffee and desert!

Just upgraded our March Equinox black friday $6.99 pp well worth it . I love my Bailys coffees and double crown royals and gingerale at the lawn club. My wife enjoys the better teas at Cafe Bianco and better wines.

Agree NCL has there 24 hour restaurant and bar on all ships. Was on the Joy in Oct and ate there a lot.

But love Celebrity Bianco Coffee shop. Cakes and sweets better there than MDR. Always have tea and cake after the early show,
