Just boarded miracle today and chatted up the bartender in the casino. When I asked about it he said that Match Play ended last week - fleet wide. He also mentioned that Drinks On Us may be the next thing on its way out. As long as they keep offering super cheap fares to me, I don't mind, we have been purchasing Cheers lately. Give me a $120 balcony any day.

We are doing a Carnival Miracle cruise and are looking at renting a car too so I looked on this post hoping for info.

The OP said Carnival Port and that they need a car for after their Miracle cruise so it would be Long Beach Carnival cruise port.

my family that are sailing with us need to rent a car once we get off of the cruise.

Are there any car rental places near the cruise port? Or do they need to go all the way to the air port? We get off of the ship on a saturday

I am cruising next week with 3 newbies, I am platinum and they are not. We're all sharing one cabin. We will all be arriving separately to the port. Will they get priority embarkation even if I am not with them at embarkation?

We were on the Imagination in May and it was not the best cruise. Will not sail on that ship again. We love the Inspiration and will be on it next month. The some of staff on the Imagination was not the normal for Carnival. The one bartender at the lobby bar was the most unfriendly person i have ever seen on a cruise ship.

I am a platinum cruiser and I have 5 others in my group that are first time cruisers. Is there a way for them to have the priority getting on and off the tenders without having to pay extra for it? I guess what I'm asking is if everyone in my group can get priority tendering when I tender? Thanks, mary

The 3 day and 4 day cruises are always different from the 7+ day. If you went on another 3-4 day before how would you compare the cruise? I am asking because I sailed on the Paradise 3-day twice and had a different experience each time and a 4-day RCCL which was not our cup of tea. Of course all experiences are subjective. None of the short "quick getaway sails" compare to our longer cruises.

We have been on 3 and 4 day cruises before on both Carnival and RCCl this one was just different and not one of the best.

We usually do a 3 or 4 day cruise every May or whenever it works out to get away
