You know what? I have NOT done a zip line anywhere else. I AM excited. I don't care if it is short! IT IS FREE!!! How lovely for you that you have done fancy zip lines other places, but did you really need to rain on the parade of those of us who are excited to try the zip on Oasis/Allure?
Good form, cello. I like your style
For those of you a lil afraid... I didn't use the zip line on Oasis, but had a boardwalk balcony right underneath it and got to see people of all shapes and sizes using it. Never did I see anything that would lead me to believe that the zip line was unsafe in any way. For what it's worth, I also saw that just about everyone who rode on this was nothing but smiles during and afterwards. Maybe the one in Labadee is better, but the zip line on the Oasis seems to work for a lot of people.

Thanks.....now I feel stupid. I should have know that!:o
I'd say you're smart for not having Zoltan's name occupying any space in your brain. :D

What is a Zoltar machine??
They're fortune telling machines that can turn your life upside down... just ask Tom Hanks.

I've done both and I'd lean towards the Freedom.
Really, you end up paying more for the size of the ship and that's about it. Central Park and the Boardwalk were the biggest differences I noticed. I have no complaints about Oasis at all, but it might not worth it to you to pay hundreds extra to see some plants and a Zoltar machine.

This is not an uncommon occurance at all! A few years ago I got caught smuggling an iron on board. They were mad enough about that, but once they found out that I filled the spray reservoir with vodka, that really set them off. I didn't even take poor Muggles on vacation with me but when I got home, he was nowhere to be found! I checked in the bedroom for him and there it was... a towel animal that looked just like him! :(

All you can do is discontinue your consumption.
