  1. We booked late for this cruise. Just read that I should refer to the roll call for answers to my questions. I have several questions about the tours at the port of calls we are stopping at.  My husband has serious mobility problems, but isn't in a scooter.  He can only do a limited amount of walking and he can't climb very many steps. Does anyone have suggestions for tours that aren't buses, or require walking? Any recommendations for private tours or a tour that could use two more people to complete the tour's required number of passengers. Renting a car isn't a consideration we can do. Any help with this would be very appreciated.

  2. This is my first time posting on Cruise Critic. So I am not sure if this is where I post a question. RCCL is stopping in Portland, Bar Harbor, St John and Halifax. All the tours I've looked into require walking, e.g. market stops for an hour etc. My husband has a limited walking ability due to balance. Are there any driving/narrated only tours? My husband has balance problems and can only take short walks. We don't want to take a tour where we are staying in vehicle for half an hour or so while everyone else is walking around?

  4. We will be doing a transatlantic nextApril to Ireland on Celebrity Eclipse. I've been checking airlines and WestJet and Air Legus have nightmare reviews and are expensive. If youbook through Air2Sea which airline do they use? If you arebooking your own flight, who would you choose? What advice can you give me on flying back to Orlando? Also, I'd like feedbackfrom others who have taken transatlantic cruises on Celebrity leaving Miami going to Europe in the spring.

  5. thank you...it's hard to see any comments with all the sun glare..but scoping tomorrow at the pier

I never responded to a post before. So I'm not sure if I'm responding to your post as a private message or if I am doing publicly. I apologize if this should be a private posting. My question is this: you said you received $900 OBC from your TA for an owners suite on Oasis There are three of us staying in an owners suite in November and I also reserved two additional balcony staterooms with 4 people in each. My husband and I paid for all the rooms so the family would be together for our 50th anniv. We made these reservations over the phone with RCCL 15 mos.ago. We did not receive any OBC. It seems that using a TA gives you benefits and booking directly with RCCl doesn't give you any. Did I make a big mistake using RCCL rather than a TA? Can you book with a TA 15 months ahead of the cruise? The entire cruise cost us $13,000. If we were to book it this month it would have been over $20,000.

  6. We are in an Owners Suite on the Oasis with my 2 children and their 2 children. They are in balcony sate rooms. I have received conflicting answers from RCCL to all my questions. Most of the employees say the minors will receive a band so they'll have all of our privileges, but the adults will not have any privilege, is this true? Also the forum gives different answers about guests in CK. Can our adult children join us in the CK? Is there a fee for our guests? We are all linked to the same MDR table. My husband and I paid for all the rooms, so I think that also links the families together.

Any answers concerning guests of sky class is needed and important to us. This will be a celebration for my husband and my 50th wedding anniversary. I'd like to be ale to enjoy the benefits of the Sky class, but more importantly I want to be spending time with my family.

We booked this cruise two years ago, before we had any knowledge there was any benefits to a suite. We reserved a suite because we needed a large room for all of to have a place to gather and spend family time together.
