  1. How far of a walk is it from CS to the pool/beach area?

Its basically across the street. But remember the Atlantis area is HUGE so depending on where you want to put your things for the day, it can be a haul no matter what. We personally like to hang out by the lazy river and it is on the other side of the resort. I would call them just to verify everything if I were you. I called to make sure we could go ahead and get our wrist bands even though check in time wasnt until 3 or 4. I dont like to take chances.

  2. You can rent floats on GSC fairly easily. I don't know if they allow you to book them on the ship, but you'll be able to find a map and direction signs to help you navigate your way over to the rentals. I believe they rent for about $20-$25 each for the day, using your room key card to pay.

    Thank you!

  3. We willbe visiting Nassau on our upcoming Mariner of the Seas cruise for the first time. We will be there for whole day until 12 am. We would like to go to Atlantis for slides, beach, pool and aquarium

RC provide tour for 5 hours and atlantis has day pass for the whole day. Will we be kick out if we book with RC? Is better to book directly via Atlantis? Is safe to take taxi to Atlantis, we have one year with us.

Should we go pick a spot at the beach first then go to slide in the morning due to lines and go to aquarium later. Please advice.

It is very expensive to go there on an excursion. We book a room at the Comfort Inn, Nassau. It is right across the street from the Atlantis. You get FULL use of the the parks, beaches etc and a lot cheaper. We check in, get our wrist bands and never even go to the room. But if you have a little one, this may be a really good option. Note that there are alot of added fees on the reservation, so click "book a room" to see the final price. Still much cheaper than the ship and you get to use it as long as you want. If the ship gets in early, they will still let you get your wrist bands until "check in"

  4. We are sailing the Glory in Oct. Just wondering if there are any little secrets I should know about the boat. Best dining room, hideaways, etc. I was on a one ship that had a great spot (to star gaze or just read a book) in front of the rooms on the Lido deck. Not many people knew about it.
