Keep your wine in the carry-on and go wit the flow. On my last time on Enchantment in October, I told the security officer "just so you know, I have a bottle of wine in my bag." He looked at me with an indifferent face and "thanks for letting me know" and went on his merry way. Really no big deal.

Awesome start, I subscribed! I thoroughly enjoyed your Freedom review last year and am looking forward to this one.

Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but I saw your link on another posting and had to check it out.

My fiance and I will be on EN for our Honeymoon in October. We are sooooooo excited and your review made us even more crazy. We are treating ourselves to a GS (8034) because I know it's the only time we'll every be able to justify it lol. Needless to say, your review confirmed that we made the right decision!!

We just had 8338 on our FOS Western cruise in February.

Steps from the elevator, but quiet, and convenient to all mid-ship locations.

Balcony is situated so that you can see in BOTH directions!

According to the "Current Cruise Directors" thread it should be Mike Hunnerup (spelling?). I'm curious myself as we are sailing on the 2/2 cruise and I haven't herd anything good about him.

Late arrival to this thread but I'm all caught up. What a great live review! I'm hooked.

Great review Mike, I just read it start to finish. Freedom is our favorite ship and we love our home port, PC. Your review was entertaining and full of great information and pictures.

The Fiance and I live 35 minutes from MetLife stadium but will be sailing on the Freedom on 2/2!! Can't wait for some football!

What a review!!!! The GF and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it (although it's July and I just stumbled upon it). This truly made me want to do a cruise on Allure or Oasis which I had previous reservations about being a Freedom class snob. You guys seems like awesome people (people we would love to hang out with) and share a lot of similar likes!
