Thanks for participating in this thread! Please describe the dessert.
I don't have a photo and it was my wife's birthday.
It's an individual sized chocolate cake with pieces of chocolate around the perimeter and whipped cream on top with some other decorative elements. Sorry I can't be more specific. I usually grab photos of everything but I missed that one.

Cute artist name. Must be expensive.
LOL. It's an acronym for something or other. I believe the guy was a graffiti artist before going into more mainstream art. His style is kinda like Dali

Curious to know what was supplied for provenance. And does the artist, by chance, work for Park West?
Was the artist KRE8?
I saw some of his work on the Majestic a few weeks ago. I do like his work.
As for the OP question. Auctions going on as normal.

Majestic Princess in the Harmony Specialty Dining room had the best Hot Sour soup I've ever had.
I kept thinking about it the entire cruise.

Princess has a special dessert for birthdays. Worth getting it if you're on ship.

What was the length of your cruise? I’m trying to calculate a per day cost with the discount.
If 7 days (equaling $7/day), I’m wondering if the same per day multiplier would apply to cruises of other lengths.
I'm booked on a 7 day and it's said the sale price online in advance is $59.99

The only real bummer is that you can't book in advance. You have to wait until you board.

With all of that said, the Chef's Table was awesome. Time in the kitchen with several chef's and amazing samples. Then a private dining room with an incredible 7 course dinner. Truly one of the best "Chef's Menu" type of meals I've ever had.

Either side! The captain will turn the ship so each side gets equal viewing.

Perfect, thank you

Which is the best side of the ship to see the glaciers? We're on the starboard side for this trip, and I'm hoping to be able to see them from our cabin.

Just booked the Brooklyn Marriott for Sept 17, 2010 for $170. Best price I had prior was $278 using AAA discount.

Finished a cruise a week or so ago aboard the Majestic with Club Class. Cost us about $300/person for the cruise. We enjoyed the Club Class experience. We usually had the same wait staff and were seated at whatever table was available. Ate there for most of our meals and appreciated the expanded menu choices and excellent service. For us it was totally worth it. We usually hit the Specialty Restaurants once per cruise, especially if it's something new. Those were booked using the app or using the TV in the room that now has some Medallion capabilities. Seems like Crown Grill booked up full pretty early on the cruise. Harmony and Bistro Sur La Mer had openings throughout. Both were worth the visit.
We've done the Chef's Table a few times in the past so didn't bother this time.
