Does anyone know if the self-serve laundry rooms are currently open the the Majestic Princess? Thanks!

Thanks to everyone! Your advice has been helpful. For now we have decided against taking the risk.
For those that asked about details, the day in question would have been 3-7-22 (Monday). Off the Royal Princess in Sydney and onto the Coral Princess departing Brisbane at 4:00. Oh well, back to other options!

Looking at back to back cruises in February and March 2022 on Princess. Is it possible (or impossible!) to get off in Sydney and travel to Brisbane to get on a ship leaving the same day? I am from the US if that matters with immigration, etc.
Thanks!

Thanks to all for your experiences and insights! I feel better about booking mid-aft or further aft on the Regal. It will be number 15!

We are finally taking our first cruise on the Regal next spring and are looking at a mid-aft balcony cabin, specifically any middle deck somewhere in the 500's 600's. The deck plans show a lot of blank space in this section. I know what this means on the Grand class ships as I have had the misfortune to be on Baja deck across from the luggage delivery, room service delivery access, and dishwashing section where there was constant noise.
I have searched the forums and cabin postings but found little about noise in these sections (maybe that is a good thing!). Can those of you who have been in these balcony cabins offer your experience with these cabins? Thanks!

Does anyone know who the current bartenders are at Crooners on the Coral? I am hopeful that my family gets to share some time with some of my favorites on their upcoming cruise.
Thanks!

Does anyone know if the BVE has been available in Vancouver BC? Thanks!

I was in B624 (shared a doorway with 626) on the CB this summer and want you give you a heads-up that may apply to sister ship Star Princess. B624 and B626 were directly across from the crew access doorway that is used to deliver and retrieve luggage. More importantly, the crew doorway is also used for room service deliveries and other things that make a lot of noise, whether it be door slamming or rattling trays of room service goodies. The luggage issue was minor and short lived due to it being only the first day and last evening but room service starts early in the morning every day. A couple of cabins further forward the crew area was busy during the day with what sounded like dishwashing (clanging plates and glasses).
We survived and it did not ruin our cruise by any means but if you can avoid the annoyance, I would try to do so. We won't book in that area again. Good luck!

On my last cruise I took an excursion where I and about 40 others got very sick, most likely from a Mexican buffet that was included in our tour. I wrote to Princess, and made it very clear that I wasn't looking for anything, I just thought that they should know what happened so they could vet their excursions better. I got a very nice reply, not terribly satisfying, but it was all I expected.
.
I agree the OP got more than I would expect. In your case I wonder if Princess addressed this with the tour operator or made changes to the excursion. I am sailing to Mexico twice this winter. What excursion were you on? Thanks!
