Hi there we had a 9hr delay from Gatwick in December last year due to a technical problem with plane it was dealt with very well.

We were traveling as a family 3 adults and one five year and we got £80.00 to spend anywhere in customs on food and drink and then we got back after three weeks away we sent one email to Thomson and with in 10 ten days we received £2200 back.

We have stayed in a family suite on azura the best room we have ever had loads of room. I will try and post a photo tomorrow for you x

Is anyone else booked on B363D Christmas and new year cruise on Britannia ? It seems to be abit of a need to know cruise it's not advertised on there website but if you type the number in it comes up. It's now sold out. I've looked on roll calls and no one has started one. We fly to St Lucia on the 24th dec 16 and disembark 7th jan 17 in St Lucia.

Hi there, just come off Britannia and we stayed in suite C102. Lovely room, you get a window as well as your balcony. Balcony is a lot smaller than other suites we have stayed in (last one on Azura) oh and you don't get the sun very much but we heard a lot of complaints about the aft suites so glad we were at the front(port side)

We are going on Britannia in January next year has anyone stayed in cabin C102 Palermo suite are they as good as suites on Azura?
