When I log into my Captain's Club account it shows no points or history.  I've been on two Celebrity Cruises before including one in June 2022.  Has the program changed and my account devalued?  Or do I need to call or email Celebrity to resolve?  Thanks in advance.

I have an upcoming June cruise on the Equinox.  I've made similar post to my cruise's roll call page.  I'm a planner and have been looking to book shore excursions but Celebrity's website currently shows a very limited selection in each port compared to my Holland America cruise in March.  In one port there are only 2 options.  I haven't been on a Celebrity Cruise in almost a decade.  Do more excursions get added to the website closer to sailing?  Or are the current offerings all there will be?  Is it a Covid related issue that more aren't listed?  Is it a Celebrity website issue?  Thanks in advance.

HAL is in the business of making money. Stocking a library is a cost with no offsetting revenue. The library space on a ship is a lost opportunity for revenue in that a venue or additional cabin can’t be there. Buy an e-book reader and load up multiple books or pack enough physical books. Your local library offers free or extremely discounted e-books. I personally would rather pick my content before cruising than be subject to limited selection on a ship.
