I do not often post, but I so appreciate the wonderful information offered by the veteran posters. It has been several years since I’ve purchased a BIRG ticket. Are you able to purchase the BIRG ticket the day before you validate the ticket and travel?

Thank you SO MUCH for this information! With everything I’ve been reading about EzAir, I want to have control of my own booking for this Summer cruise. 😃

Princess states that you can cancel or change your flights up to 45 days before the cruise. I am about 75 days out. I used a TA for this booking. Am I able to go to “my cruises” and cancel? If so, will I receive a refund from Princess or my TA? I have never used EZair before this booking. Thanks in advance for any information.

When I tested, the Navica app results showed EDT , since I reside in Florida. On another "proof" they sent , through eMed, it showed UST , which is ahead of EDT, so later that day.
Way back at post #12 there's a photo of those results.
Thank so so much for your prompt response. This makes me feel a lot better. I figured the worst that would happen is that I packed two more of my tests and tested “negative again” in Florida.

I am flying into FLL TWO days before my cruise. My problem is that the airline has changed my flight to a 5:30 am departure. I have ordered the 6 pack home test to have the monitored test. Now that Celebrity has changed to a two day test requirement, I am concerned about the timing of my test. I certainly do not want to fly to FLL before receiving a negative result. If I do the test around 2 or 3am, is the testing date going to register MY Eastern Coast time, or could it possibly register a time (previous day) where the proctor may be located? I am hoping that someone who has taken the test could possibly add some insight.

I stayed in 8252 during a cruise from Dublin to Iceland a few years ago. It had a huge balcony because it was on the “slant.” It does not appear 8232 is on the slant. It appears to be a traditional size balcony.

Thank you to all of you for the wonderful input. I believe I am going to try and let my ta contact Celebrity.

I believe what is causing my confusion involves the dates. Does the time begin with when I placed the deposit onboard in November or is the date I actually booked a cruise in December?

On Nov 10, 2109, I placed a deposit while on board for any upcoming cruise. I made it an actual booking on Dec 31, 2019 for a cruise in 2021. Do I still have the opportunity to transfer to my TA?

It appears all of the dates are back online. I had been waiting to book the 1/21 Panama Canal touch cruise.

Thank you for all that information. I have looked at the company you suggested and it appears to be exactly what I am looking for. I need to wait until all my flight times are confirmed then I will get in touch with them.
On the subject of the hotel, is it just that particular hotel that you would advise against if I have a evening flight on the 16th or all the airport hotels. Any help is greatly appreciated as I've never been to Los Angeles before and will probably not get an opportunity again so I need to make the most of my time whilst there
I just used Sunseekers on Monday of this week. It was WONDERFUL! John, our guide and driver, was a wealth ok knowledge. We were picked up at the port around 9:15 and dropped off at the airport around 5:00. Others in the bus were returning to various hotels. It was a GREAT choice.

We had one on Reflection to Iceland. Best balcony room ever!

How about a Segway tour? Great fun, see more than if you were walking and as Copenhagen is a bike friendly city, they can go just about anywhere. If you dock at Langeline, they are right beside the ship.

I did this several years ago. I still consider it one of my most informative and FUN times in Copenhagen!

So we are doing an Ireland & Iceland cruise next summer, the ship departs Dublin at 9:45 PM and I think we can begin boarding around 4 PM. I'm assuming the buffet will be open, but will MDR or any of the other restaurants be open for dinner? We booked a sky suite so we would love to be able to start our cruise off with a dinner in the Luminae.
We are going to be getting to Dublin early in the morning and are planning to try and get on the ship as early as possible, so just wondering what options we'll have for dinner that night.
I did this cruise in June. We were on the ship by noon. Boarding began around the usual time that is does for most cruises. We simply just didn’t depart until 9:45 pm.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply! 😀

I am traveling with someone who just went in Medicare. We are doing a Hawaii roundtrip from Los Angeles. I’m not sure in which direction I should look for plans. Any input is greatly appreciated.

It might take you longer to walk from your room on the Queen Mary to their front desk than walking from their entrance to the cruise terminal!
Sometimes I have seen bell boys at the QM taking people’s luggage from the hotel to the terminal garage which is slightly further away. In case you want to check your luggage in, you do that with the porters who are located at the parking structure.
What about transportation to the San PedroCruise terminal from the QM?

I found this site when trying to plan for an 11:00 pm departure from lax:

I did the Ireland and Iceland trip in June of this year. The singers and dancers were in the Atrium the final evening. There were two sets to accommodate both traditional dinner times.

Thank you everyone for your replies!

I don't think that will be an issue. We just went for a couple of hours before flying out to Catalina for the weekend. There is a tour and check-in booth on the pier. We got there about 10:30 AM and got right onboard. There were plenty of people doing walkup buying tours when we got there. I'm sure they have plenty of space for your luggage if your room isn't ready.
Thank you so much for your reply. Can’t wait to see her.

We will be flying to LAX and arriving around 9:00am. We are both retired teachers (one History) and can’t wait to board her for our stay. My question is whether you can check in early (11:00 am) or at least hold your luggage?
Also, can you wait and book the tours when you arrive?
Thanks in advance for any input!

We had them on the Reflection in June. It seems that they were available in the OVC from 3:00 until 5:00.

Last year, muster was around 7 or 7:30. We finished dinner and went to our station.
